Empty Whole ships our products to customers in countries all over the world so shipping times do vary. At checkout you should be provided an approximate time for your order's arrival.
If it has been 3 weeks since ordering and your products have not arrived please reach out to the team@emptywhole.com or use the contact form on our website. Your items are most likely being cleared through customs and should arrive soon.
In some cases customs departments or post offices hold packages and require the receiver to collect them - this is a part of shipping internationally which is not in our control - any customs duties & taxes are the customer's responsibility.
In case where arrival takes longer than expected, do not worry, as all orders normally arrive safely. In the event that there has been a shipping mistake or lost package by the carrier, we will do our best to get it corrected or re-ship the items for you.
