1. Embrace Your Uniqueness:
Every woman is a masterpiece of individuality. In the quest for confidence, it's essential to celebrate and embrace what makes you unique. Explore your strengths, passions, and quirks, recognizing that these qualities are the building blocks of your confidence.
2. Set Personal Goals:
Confidence often blossoms when we set and achieve meaningful goals. Define your aspirations, both short-term and long-term, and break them down into manageable steps. As you conquer each milestone, you'll witness the gradual growth of your self-assurance.
3. Cultivate a Positive Mindset:
The mind is a powerful force that can either propel you forward or hold you back. Foster a positive mindset by challenging negative thoughts, practicing self-affirmations, and surrounding yourself with uplifting influences. Cultivating positivity creates a fertile ground for confidence to flourish.
4. Step Outside Your Comfort Zone:
True self-discovery happens when you push beyond the boundaries of your comfort zone. Embrace new challenges, try unfamiliar experiences, and learn from both successes and setbacks. Each step outside your comfort zone is a stride towards a more confident version of yourself.
5. Invest in Continuous Learning:
Knowledge is a key catalyst for self-discovery. Whether it's acquiring new skills, pursuing further education, or exploring different perspectives, continuous learning expands your horizons and equips you with the tools needed to navigate life with confidence.
6. Practice Self-Compassion:
Self-discovery involves acknowledging and embracing both strengths and vulnerabilities. Be kind to yourself during moments of self-reflection. Understand that imperfections are part of the human experience and treat yourself with the same compassion you extend to others.

Remember, confidence is not a destination but a continuous evolution—a journey well worth the effort.
In the ups and downs of life, women often find themselves juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. It's crucial to navigate through these complexities while prioritizing aspects that contribute to personal growth, well-being, and fulfillment. Here's our detailed guide to the top 10 things women should prioritize:
1. Self-Care: At the forefront of a woman's priorities should be self-care, an essential practice for maintaining physical and mental well-being. Allocating time for regular exercise, practicing mindfulness through activities like meditation or yoga, journaling, and indulging in hobbies are integral to cultivating a sense of balance and happiness. Self-care is the all-inclusive idea of approaching life and your day-today with the objective of keeping yourself and your health first. Without paying attention to yourself and stringing together good days and good habits, everything else falls to the wayside. If you're taking care of yourself you're better suited to take care of those you love.
2. Education and Career: The pursuit of education and career goals should be approached with passion and determination. Women should actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development, not only for personal growth but also to enhance economic independence and empowerment in a rapidly evolving world. As soon as you can, really take inventory of the things you'd like to do so that you can pursue your education and career with a purpose and mindfulness of where you're headed. So many women grow up not having seriously considered what they may enjoy doing and just as our male counterparts, nobody should get stuck in a career which doesn't promote growth and that they do not enjoy.
3. Healthy Relationships: The importance of fostering meaningful connections with friends, family, and partners cannot be overstated. Healthy relationships provide emotional support, encouragement, and a profound sense of belonging, contributing significantly to overall happiness and well-being. Do what you can to maintain your relationships, especially the strong bonds you've built growing up. Some of the biggest pains come from having outstanding relationships then neglecting them only to regret no longer being friendly with the people you once loved. Check in on others, pursue relationships that are founded in respect and loyalty, and never take for granted those who support you.
4. Financial Independence: Striving for financial independence is an interesting aspect of a woman's journey. Understanding the fundamentals of budgeting, investing, and saving ensures not only a secure future but also the ability to make choices aligned with personal values and aspirations. While some women will earn financial stability from their partners it's important to nevertheless understand your ability to earn money and maintain those funds. As you work in your career, prioritize saving money, investing money, and limiting your spend whenever you can.
5. Self-Expression: Embracing creativity and self-expression is vital for personal growth and fulfillment. Whether through art, writing, or any other form of expression, allowing oneself to be authentic and true to personal passions fosters a sense of purpose and contributes to a well-rounded and satisfying life.
6. Mental Health: Prioritizing mental health is paramount in navigating life's challenges and embracing opportunities for growth. Seeking support when needed, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and practicing mindfulness are crucial components of a holistic approach to mental well-being. Your mental feeds your physical and your physical will feed your mental. Never neglect your health and take no healthy days for granted.
7. Motherhood: Truth be told, as women one of our biggest callings is that of becoming a mother - and a good one. All the work you do and all of the self-building activities you prioritize will contribute to your ability to be a good mother. Self-care, education, life-long self-learning, self-expression, positive mental and physical health, and the appreciation of healthy relationship-building skills will allow you to be a well-rounded mother and provide you the many things you'll need to teach your children. Becoming a parent is a blessing and biologically a purpose of ours. While not everyone will or want to become a mother, it's a fact that the majority of women do birth children. Do everything you can to develop yourself well and pass your best attributes on to your children.
8. Life-Long Learning: Adopting a mindset of continuous learning is essential. Staying curious, open-minded, and adaptable to new experiences ensures ongoing personal and professional growth, allowing women to thrive in different stages of life. One of the things we try to preach plenty of is the importance of reading and doing so to learn new things. Many "self-help" books have been written over time that will teach you things about yourself and your abilities that you've never even considered. While you spend time consuming entertaining content, invest some of your energy into consuming as much education content as you can as well.
9. Physical Health: Investing in physical health through a balanced lifestyle is foundational to overall well-being. Regular check-ups, a nutritious diet, and consistent exercise contribute to long-term vitality and health, enabling women to lead active and fulfilling lives.
10. Personal Fulfillment: Lastly, personal fulfillment is the culmination of aligning life choices with values and aspirations. Whether through travel, volunteering, or pursuing personal goals, prioritizing fulfillment leads to a rich and meaningful life.
Life is a dynamic journey and women can navigate it successfully by prioritizing these essential aspects. By focusing on self-care, education, relationships, financial independence, self-expression, mental health, continuous learning, physical well-being, and personal fulfillment, women can build a life that is both enjoyable and deeply satisfying.
Female self-development encompasses a vast and dynamic journey, as diverse as the women who embark upon it. It's a process of continuous growth, discovery, and empowerment. In a world that is constantly evolving, so too is the definition of what it means to be a woman, and consequently, what it means for a woman to develop herself.
Firstly, let's acknowledge that the concept of self-development is universal.. However, the unique experiences and societal expectations placed on women give their self-development a distinctive flavor. The journey often starts with breaking free from traditional molds and expectations. Female self-development, then, involves unlearning these constraints and embracing authenticity.
One of the crucial aspects of this journey is fostering a positive self-image. In a world bombarded with unending beauty standards, women often find themselves battling insecurities. Female self-development involves recognizing and challenging these societal norms, promoting love for yourself, and celebrating the uniqueness of every woman. This process extends beyond physical appearance to include cultivating self-love and acceptance of one's whole self—flaws, strengths, and everything in between.
Education and intellectual growth are integral components of female self-development. Historically, women have fought for the right to education, and today, many continue to break barriers in various fields. Pursuing knowledge, whether through formal education or self-directed learning, empowers women to contribute meaningfully to society, challenge stereotypes, and shatter glass ceilings. Female self-development in this context involves a relentless pursuit of knowledge, critical thinking, and the courage to question the status quo.
Career and professional development are also key dimensions. Women are increasingly entering diverse professional fields, but the journey is often marked by unique challenges. Female self-development in the professional realm involves honing skills, building networks, and navigating the complexities of the workplace. It's about women not only finding their voices but also amplifying them, ensuring that their contributions are recognized and valued.
Emotional intelligence and resilience play a significant role in female self-development. Navigating relationships, whether personal or professional, requires a deep understanding of oneself and others. Women often find strength in forming supportive networks, fostering meaningful connections, and mentoring one another. Embracing vulnerability and resilience enables women to navigate life's challenges with grace and determination.
Spiritual and personal growth are also integral to female self-development. Many women find solace and strength in connecting with their spiritual beliefs or engaging in practices that nourish their inner selves. Whether through meditation, mindfulness, prayer, or other spiritual practices, women explore their own sense of purpose and meaning.
Altogether, there are many things that are involved in female self-development, and while the intensity of each category needing development varies, we are all human and can partake in the same types of activities and habits to become better.
While body positivity is often talked about, health and wellness is what's truly important. Body positivity involves the appreciation for all shapes, sizes, and constructs. It undoubtedly makes sense to value your own and any body and mind construct at each given time. Although, more importantly part of female self-development is the improvement of one's body. Now, the improvement of one's body is not solely to meet the expectations of physical appearance, and should be approached with health as the priority. It is true though that self-development involves partaking in healthy eating and exercise habits. Eating healthily and consistently exercising will make you happier, healthier, stronger, and more confident. Your energy levels will rise, you will continue to release healthy, "good-feeling" chemicals in your brain and body, and inevitably look and feel more fit.
In addition to health and wellness through diet and exercise habits, female self-development involves the never-ending, infinitely rewarding journey of self-discovery and subsequent self-expression. Journaling, talking with others, stepping back and observing oneself, and improving poor habits and poor self-talk are the cornerstone of improvement.
So, what does self-development look like? For everyone, to varying degrees, it involves conscious, healthy decisions, continuous introspection, and partaking in positive activities. Eating healthy, exercising, journaling, traveling, socializing, expressing your thoughts, feelings, and opinions, learning from yourself and others, and even evolving your choices in fashion to what you find you enjoy most, are all a part of this enriching journey. The thing is, it involves making the right choices day in and day out, avoiding the wrong choices, and a commitment on being disciplined to your growth.
Female self-development is a multifaceted and ongoing journey. It's about breaking free from constraints, embracing authenticity, and pursuing excellence in all aspects of life. From education and career to emotional intelligence and healthy habits, women navigate a path of continuous growth, contributing not only to their own well-being but also to the collective progress of society and their closest peers. It's a celebration of resilience, strength, and the limitless potential inherent in every woman. Every day, work to be your best you - the best version of yourself today.

In a world teeming with distractions and relentless demands, the key to authentic success lies in the art of prioritization and intentional living. This article delves into a plethora of strategies that not only guide you towards success but also empower you to live your best life in the present moment.
1. Define Your Version of Success
At the heart of any successful endeavor is a clear understanding of what success means to you personally. It's about defining your own metrics of success rather than conforming to external standards. Success might encompass various facets of life, including career achievements, meaningful relationships, personal growth, and contributing to a greater cause. Taking the time to introspect and articulate what success looks like for you is the foundational step towards a purposeful and fulfilled life.
2. Set Clear and Prioritized Goals
Once you've defined your version of success, the next step is to translate it into actionable goals. Break down your overarching aspirations into smaller, manageable objectives. Prioritize these goals based on their significance in the larger picture of your vision. By having a roadmap of clearly defined and prioritized goals, you not only gain clarity but also cultivate a laser-like focus on what truly matters.
3. Master the Art of Time Management
Time is an invaluable resource, and how you utilize it determines the trajectory of your life. Understanding your most productive hours and allocating them to high-priority tasks is essential. Effective time management ensures that your daily actions align with your overarching goals, facilitating a sense of purpose and productivity.
4. Cultivate a Growth Mindset
Success is intertwined with a mindset that views challenges as opportunities for growth. Embracing a growth mindset means seeing setbacks not as failures but as stepping stones toward success. This mindset fosters resilience, creativity, and a positive outlook on your journey. It encourages you to learn from experiences, adapt to changes, and consistently strive for improvement.
5. Prioritize Your Health and Well-being
Your well-being is the cornerstone of sustainable success. Prioritize self-care, encompassing elements like sufficient sleep, regular exercise, and a balanced diet. A healthy body and mind are not just conducive to productivity but also empower you to face challenges with resilience and vigor. Surrounding yourself with a supportive and inspiring network provides not only guidance and collaboration opportunities but also emotional support during the inevitable ups and downs of your journey.
7. Develop Effective Communication Skills
Communication is the linchpin of success, both in personal and professional spheres. In a world characterized by rapid change, staying relevant requires a commitment to continuous learning. Cultivate a curiosity that drives you to seek out new knowledge and skills. This not only enhances your professional competence but also keeps your mind agile and open to innovative ideas. 9. Create a Balance Between Work and Life
While pursuing success is commendable, it should not come at the expense of your overall well-being and happiness. Establish clear boundaries between work and personal life to prevent burnout. Strive for a balance that allows you to pursue your goals ardently while also savoring the joys of life, spending quality time with loved ones, and engaging in activities that bring you fulfillment.
10. Practice Mindfulness and Presence
Amidst the hustle and bustle of striving for success, the practice of mindfulness becomes paramount. Incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine involves being fully present in the moment. ]]>In the chaotic hustle of daily life, it's easy to lose sight of ourselves. The demands of work, relationships, and societal expectations often push our authentic selves into the background. However, the journey towards self-discovery is not a luxury—it's a necessity for a fulfilling life. This article unveils the art of self-discovery through 10 key steps that will guide you to be your best self.
Self-discovery is not a one-time event; it's a lifelong journey. Embrace the process, understanding that personal growth takes time. Every experience, whether positive or challenging, contributes to your self-awareness. Accept, too, that everyone's journey is different and everyone's destination varies. It takes time to learn about yourself, to change the things you don't like, and to double down on the things that make you happy. As you grow through life, make it a priority to pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and actions to embrace what makes you your best and eliminate what makes you feel unlike yourself.
What truly matters to you? Reflect on your core values. These are the principles that define who you are. Aligning your actions with your values brings a sense of purpose and authenticity to your life. Do you like going out or do you prefer staying in? Do you engage or do you abstain? Do you care for yourself and others or do you disregard your ability to be kind? Do you focus on learning? Do you focus on action? Do you focus on introspection? What do you value? Do you value your exercise? Do you value your family and friends? Do you value your diet? Do you value your body? Do you value your emotional well-being? Pay attention to what you give attention to and what areas that lack your attention. As you understand what is most important to you, make a conscious effort to live by those values and morals that you know matter most.
Understanding your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors is crucial for self-discovery. Regularly check in with yourself. Ask the hard questions and be honest in your answers. This self-awareness and self-care forms the foundation for personal growth. Without you having the emotional intelligence and ability to be aware of yourself you will never truly understand where you need to grow and what you need to improve on. Focusing on what hurts you and what helps you allows you to avoid what needs to be avoiding and reinforce what makes you feel good. Pay attention to your body, pay attention to your mind, and pay attention to your emotions. This is not the norm or easy for everyone. Many of us go about our lives in an unconscious manner just going and doing. As you strengthen your ability to listen to yourself, you will become your best.
What activities make your heart sing? Identify your passions and integrate them into your life. Whether it's a creative pursuit, a sport, or a cause you believe in, engaging in activities you love fosters a deeper connection with your authentic self. Dive deep into the things you know you enjoy most. For those who are unaware of what invigorates themselves, participate in as many things as you can and you will find what brings you joy, what sparks your curiosity.
Self-discovery often involves confronting fears and stepping out of your comfort zone. Whether it's public speaking, trying a new hobby, or addressing unresolved issues, facing your fears opens doors to personal transformation. Your peace lies on the other side of fear. In this life, fear will only limit you. Facing your fears, though, does not mean compromising your safety. Facing your fears means addressing and charging the small things that may bring you anxiety and frustration. As you face those things that are bothersome to you and attack them head on, your limits will expand and your heart will follow.
Your relationships play a significant role in your self-discovery journey. Surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you. Meaningful connections provide support, encouragement, and diverse perspectives that contribute to your personal growth. This is a key step to becoming the best version of yourself. As many have heard, the people who surround yourself with most are who you become. It's only natural to pick up the habits of those around you and engage in the thoughts and activities they introduce. Building meaningful connects with people whose values, ideas, activities, and conversations uplift and enlighten you will help you as much as anything else. Foster relationships with genuine, loyal people who match you and you will prosper on your journey of life and self-discovery.
Mindfulness is the art of being present in the moment. Incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily routine, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises. This cultivates a heightened awareness of your thoughts and actions. Additionally, we often chase dopamine hits and "highs" that we cannot sustain. Practicing mindfulness and meditation allows you to calm and center yourself to maintain as state of peace and bliss. In this way we can limit our highs and lows and rather appreciate a consistent feeling of joy and gratitude.
Challenges are inevitable, but they are also opportunities for growth. Instead of viewing setbacks as failures, see them as lessons. Reflect on the experience, extract the wisdom, and use it to evolve into a stronger, wiser version of yourself. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. As you follow the steps listed in this Empty Whole journal entry such as facing your fears, practicing mindfulness, and exploring your values and passions you learn from it all and provide yourself the growth and knowledge necessary to succeed and enjoy life.
Set clear, achievable goals that align with your values. These goals provide direction and purpose. As you work towards them, you gain a deeper understanding of your capabilities and desires. Do not wander throughout your life. Do not continue participating in things or places that do not align with your goals. The key to self-discovery and growth lies very much in knowing what you want and how you'll work to get it.
In the midst of self-discovery, there's a profound concept to embrace—our idea of an "empty whole." This signifies creating space within yourself. It involves letting go of limiting beliefs, outdated perspectives, and unnecessary baggage. The more you release, the more room you create for authenticity and self-love.
As you embark on the art of self-discovery, remember that being your best self is not about perfection; it's about embracing your uniqueness. The journey may be challenging at times, but the rewards—living a life true to yourself—are immeasurable. So, take these 10 key steps, incorporate them into your life, and watch as the masterpiece of your authentic self unfolds.

]]>The phrase "empty whole" may seem paradoxical at first glance, as it suggests a state of being both empty and whole simultaneously. However, upon closer examination, this phrase can be viewed as a powerful existential concept with a positive connotation.
At its core, the phrase "empty whole" speaks to the idea of letting go of attachments and expectations in order to embrace a sense of inner completeness. It acknowledges that while we may feel a sense of emptiness or longing at times, this is not necessarily a negative thing. Rather, it can be a sign that we are open to new experiences and possibilities, and that we are willing to explore the unknown in order to discover our true selves.
In a world that often values external achievements and possessions, the idea of an "empty whole" challenges us to shift our focus inward and to prioritize our inner growth and well-being. It invites us to let go of the need to constantly fill our lives with external distractions and instead to cultivate a sense of inner peace and contentment.
This concept is particularly relevant in today's society, where many people are struggling with feelings of anxiety, stress, and disconnection. The phrase "empty whole" suggests that it is possible to find a sense of wholeness and meaning in life even in the absence of external validation or material possessions. It encourages us to look within ourselves for answers and to embrace the inherent uncertainty and impermanence of life as an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.
At the same time, the phrase "empty whole" recognizes that this process of self-discovery can be challenging and sometimes painful. It acknowledges that we may need to confront our deepest fears and insecurities in order to find true fulfillment and meaning in life. However, it also suggests that the rewards of this process are well worth the effort, and that the journey itself can be incredibly rewarding.
Ultimately, the phrase "empty whole" speaks to the idea of finding a sense of balance and wholeness in life, even in the midst of uncertainty and change. It invites us to embrace the unknown with courage and curiosity, and to trust in our own ability to navigate life's ups and downs with grace and resilience. By embracing this concept, we can discover a sense of inner peace and contentment that can sustain us through even the most challenging times, and that can help us live a life of purpose and meaning.

Ladies, you have to clean your makeup brushes. Do it for your skin and for better makeup application.
You might use your makeup brushes almost daily but how often are we cleaning them?
We don’t know how often you clean yours, but, we know how often you should you be cleaning them.
We’ve tested it out and determined that to maintain the durability and integrity of the hair on the brushes you should be cleaning them every two weeks or so.
It’s important that we take the time to clean our brushes and not just because they get dirty.
A huge part of our beauty routine is caring for our skin, right?
Well, when you let your brushes go too long without cleaning them you aren’t working to prevent bacteria and skin cells from building up on your tools - which will lead to acne and unwanted blemishes forming on your skin!
How often should you clean your makeup brushes?
You may hear some artists or ‘experts’ recommend cleaning your brushes once a week but we don’t recommend that.
We’ve tested different durations and cleaning once a week can really start to wear down your bristles.
We recommend cleaning your brushes every 2-4 weeks (at least once a month).
What should you use to clean your makeup brushes?
To clean your tools use water and a gentle soap (regular soaps can dry out the hair bristles – especially natural hair brushes).
You'll also want to use a cleaning tool to gently and efficiently clean your brushes.
How do you clean the brushes?
To clean the brushes follow these simple steps:
Notes about cleaning:
How to clean sponge blenders
Similar to makeup brushes, sponges/blenders can accumulate dead skin cells and bacteria.
To care for your sponge blenders, clean them when you clean your brushes (maybe even once a week) to keep your face clear and avoid contaminating your skin with bacteria and other irritants.
You can clean your sponge blenders with a gentle soap or makeup brush cleanser.
Just apply your cleansing solution, rub the dirt out yourself, and run the blender under warm water.
When should you replace makeup brushes?
When the hair bristles on your makeup brush start to shed, fray, lose their shape, or feel dry and lose their performance ability, you could start looking to replace your brushes.
The brushes you use are your tools and are critical to executing your looks– so we want to make sure you’re tools are performing at a high level and not harming your face.
Definitely clean your makeup brushes, and if they feel like it's time to replace them then be sure to get them replaced.

Whether it's in the workplace, in our personal relationships, or in social settings, finding our voice can empower us and help us create positive change. In this article, we'll explore some tools and tips for finding your voice and advocating for yourself and others.
The first step in finding your voice is understanding yourself and your values. Take time to reflect on what matters to you, what you believe in, and what you want to achieve. This self-awareness will help you articulate your thoughts and feelings and advocate for your needs and beliefs.
Listening is a critical component of communication and advocacy. When we listen to others, we gain a better understanding of their perspectives and needs. This understanding can help us communicate more effectively and find common ground. Practice active listening by focusing on the speaker, asking questions, and summarizing what you've heard.
Confidence is key when it comes to speaking up and advocating for yourself and others. Building your confidence takes time, but there are some things you can do to help boost your self-assurance. Practice positive self-talk, challenge negative self-talk, and celebrate your successes, no matter how small.
Assertive communication is a style of communication that is clear, direct, and respectful. It allows you to express your thoughts and feelings while still respecting the thoughts and feelings of others. Assertive communication can help you advocate for yourself and others effectively, without being aggressive or passive.
Advocacy can be challenging, and it's okay to seek out support when you need it. This support can come in many forms, such as joining a support group, seeking therapy, or connecting with like-minded individuals. Having a support system can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.
In conclusion, finding your voice and advocating for yourself and others can be challenging, but it's an essential part of personal growth and creating positive change. By practicing self-awareness, active listening, building confidence, using assertive communication, and seeking out support, you can become a more effective advocate for yourself and others. Remember, advocacy is a journey, and it takes time and practice, but with the right tools and tips, you can find your voice and create positive change in your life and the lives of others.

Self-care is essential for our mental and physical well-being. It involves taking intentional actions to care for ourselves, such as getting enough sleep, eating nutritious foods, and engaging in activities that bring us joy. Prioritizing self-care can help us feel more energized, less stressed, and more capable of dealing with the challenges that life can throw our way.
Staying active is another important aspect of feeling happy, healthy, and whole. Exercise has numerous benefits for our physical and mental health, including reducing the risk of chronic diseases, improving mood, and boosting self-esteem. Finding activities that we enjoy can make it easier to incorporate exercise into our daily routines and can help us stay motivated.
Our relationships with others are a key factor in our overall well-being. Nurturing positive relationships with family, friends, and other loved ones can help us feel supported, connected, and valued. Taking the time to maintain these relationships can involve regular communication, spending quality time together, and being there for each other during both good times and bad.
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, without judgment and without distraction. It involves paying attention to our thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations, and accepting them without trying to change them. Practicing mindfulness can help us feel more grounded and centered, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve our overall well-being.
Having goals and working towards them can give us a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Pursuing meaningful goals that align with our values and passions can help us feel more engaged and motivated in our lives. Whether it's a personal or professional goal, setting clear objectives and taking steps towards achieving them can help us feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
Finally, it's important to recognize that seeking support when needed is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether we're dealing with a mental health issue or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, reaching out for help can be a powerful step towards feeling happier, healthier, and more whole. This can involve seeking support from friends and loved ones, talking to a therapist or counselor, or reaching out to a support group.
We all must acknowledge that feeling happy, healthy, and whole is a journey, not a destination. It requires us to prioritize our own well-being, stay active, nurture relationships, practice mindfulness, pursue meaningful goals, and seek support when needed. By incorporating these strategies into our daily lives, we can create a more fulfilling and satisfying existence. Remember, it's never too late to start prioritizing our own well-being, and small steps can make a big difference over time.

In this article, we'll explore some healthy habits that can help you live a happier, more energetic life.
Sleep is essential for our physical and mental health. It allows our bodies and brains to recharge and repair. Yet, many of us don't prioritize sleep as much as we should. To improve your sleep, aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night, create a sleep-conducive environment (dark, cool, and quiet), and establish a bedtime routine to signal to your body that it's time to sleep.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet can also have a significant impact on our mood and energy levels. Aim to eat a variety of whole foods, including plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats. Avoid highly processed foods and sugary drinks, which can cause energy crashes and mood swings.
Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment. It can help us reduce stress, improve our mood, and boost our energy levels. Try incorporating mindfulness practices such as meditation, deep breathing, or yoga into your daily routine.

Optimism is a mental attitude that involves a positive outlook on life, even in the face of adversity. Being optimistic by default means that you approach situations with a positive mindset and always look for the silver lining. This attitude can have a significant impact on your mental and physical health, as well as your overall quality of life. In this article, we will explore how to be optimistic by default and why it is a better attitude in life.
Why Being Optimistic by Default is a Better Attitude in Life
There are several reasons why being optimistic by default is a better attitude in life. Firstly, optimism can improve your mental and physical health. Studies have shown that optimistic people have better immune systems, lower rates of depression and anxiety, and a lower risk of developing chronic illnesses such as heart disease and cancer.
Additionally, being optimistic can improve your relationships with others. Optimistic people are more likely to have strong social support networks, as they are better at maintaining positive relationships and resolving conflicts. This, in turn, can lead to a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
Finally, being optimistic by default can help you achieve your goals. Optimistic people are more likely to take risks and persevere in the face of challenges. They are also better at problem-solving and finding creative solutions to problems. By approaching challenges with a positive mindset, you can increase your chances of success and achieve your goals more quickly.
How to Be Optimistic by Default
If you want to be optimistic by default, there are several strategies that you can use. Here are some tips to help you cultivate a more positive outlook on life:
1. Practice gratitude. One of the simplest ways to cultivate optimism is to practice gratitude. Take a few minutes each day to think about the things you are grateful for, whether it's your health, your family, or a good cup of coffee. By focusing on the positive things in your life, you can train your brain to look for the good in every situation.
2. Reframe negative thoughts. When faced with a challenge, it's easy to slip into negative thinking patterns. Instead of dwelling on the negative, try reframing your thoughts in a more positive way. For example, if you fail at a task, instead of thinking "I'm a failure," try thinking "I learned something new from this experience."
3. Surround yourself with positive people. The people you surround yourself with can have a significant impact on your outlook on life. Seek out positive, supportive people who encourage you to be your best self.
4. Set realistic goals. Setting goals is an important part of achieving success, but it's important to set realistic goals that are within your reach. When you achieve your goals, you will feel a sense of accomplishment and your confidence will grow.
5. Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is a technique that involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment. By practicing mindfulness, you can reduce stress and anxiety and increase your overall sense of well-being.
6. Exercise regularly. Exercise is not only good for your physical health, but it can also improve your mental health. Regular exercise can reduce stress, improve your mood, and increase your overall sense of well-being.
7. Learn from failure. Failure is a natural part of life, and everyone experiences it at some point. Instead of dwelling on your failures, try to learn from them. What can you do differently next time? How can you use this experience to grow and improve?
Conclusion
Being optimistic by default is a better attitude in life because it can improve your mental and physical health, your relationships with others, and your ability to achieve your goals. By practicing gratitude, reframing negative thoughts, surrounding yourself with positive people, setting realistic goals, practicing mindfulness, exercising regularly, and learning from failure, you can cultivate a more positive outlook on life.

1. Work out.
Daily exercise is one of the best activities and habits you can implement into your lifestyle. As you begin to exercise and continue to, you'll notice improved health, strength, endurance, positivity, and confidence - not to mention all the benefits of an enhanced and attractive physique. Consistent exercise is sure to make you feel better about yourself, how you look, and how you feel in any situation, every day. Along with the satisfaction and health benefits that come with a healthy and active lifestyle, you'll hear from people close to you about how great you look and how much more alive and confident you seem. Boosting your physical, mental, and emotional health through exercise will enable you to enjoy your best self and be fully able to help others.
2. Go to Work.
If you have a job, stay focused and do your best to contribute to your company and to the world through your work. When extra pay is available, don't hesitate to work more so you could earn more money, as long as it doesn't interrupt your life or time spent with loved ones. If you don't have a job, consider getting one to increase cash flow and improve your personal finances. As you earn money, be sure to save it; set aside at least 10% of each check to a savings or investment account that you preferably add to and never remove money from until you really need it. From the moment you begin your first job it's essential you become financially responsible and know when to and when not to spend your money. If life outside of work is distracting or frustrating, dive into your work to keep focused and allow you to move forward from anything else going on in your life. If it's your work that frustrates you, then your priority is to find work you'll enjoy. Money is needed and bills are inventible so do your best to earn what you can and avoid wasting it.
3. Read.
Reading is undoubtedly one of the best things you can do and is super underrated. Reading is an integral part of a healthy, sophisticated, and complete lifestyle. You can read books, magazines, newspapers, articles, and well-published blogs that provide you value, entertainment, and education. If you don't like reading, you simply haven't read about something you enjoy, because when you read something you're interested in you'll fall in love with it. Continued learning should be a constant in the lives of anybody seeking to live their best life. You can read fiction books to enjoy adventure, exploration, new characters, and new worlds; or non-fiction to learn about people, things, places, yourself, and more.
4. Hang out with family and friends.
Hanging out with people whose company you enjoy is usually a great thing to do. Be sure to spend your time with people who lift you up and make you better while avoiding "friends" and individuals who continuously issue negativity and complaints. If you feel empty, unsatisfied, or disrespected as a result of something someone says or does to you, then you know to avoid that person or communicate with them to improve the dynamic of your relationship. The people you surround yourself with most will influence your attitude, personality, and the activities you spend your time doing, so choose who you share your time with wisely. Any relationship you invest your time and emotion into should be utilized to make each other better and lift each other up. It may be difficult but when faced with a relationship with someone who continues to disrespect you and not adjust when you make it known you need to fade away from these friends.
5. Go shopping.
Buying new clothes, home décor, beauty, and other useful products is always fun and productive. Getting something new that makes you look, feel, and live better is one of the most enjoyable things you can do. You know what it's like when you use the new goods or wear the new clothes you've gotten and your friends and others compliment you and ask when and where you got yours from. Do yourself a favor and stay within your financial means; if you can't afford something, work and wait until you can.
6. Make something new.
While it's fun to get new things, it might be better to create new things yourself. Most of the idols and companies you look up to likely create and produce things that you and many others consume. Enjoy making something you've never made before or focus your downtime creating the things you already love to create. Draw, paint, design, compose music, sew, or build something. You may just find yourself with a new hobby or business you love. Often times discovering new hobbies to dive into will help you feel more productive and satisfied. If you're able to adapt what you make into something other people love you could create value in the marketplace and earn money doing something you truly love to do.
7. Cook a meal.
Get yourself some delectable ingredients, find the most intriguing recipes, and cook an outstanding meal for yourself, your roommates, your family, or your guests. In general, every independent person should be well versed in cooking healthy and delicious meals. You'll notice how much better the food tastes after you spend your time cooking it and you'll be more aware of the good and bad things you put inside your body. Preparing a nice meal is also a great, simple, and timeless way to impress and treat others while making good use of an extended period of time each day.
8. Watch a Ted Talk that intrigues you.
There are so many Ted Talks and other educational lectures given by very smart, curious people who share what they spent their lifetime researching and learning for us to implement the information into our own lives. Similar to reading books, you can watch Ted or other talks about anything you can imagine and find topics you'll be fascinated by. 9. Learn a new language.
Learn a new language, any language! So often we think to ourselves or say to others that we want to learn a new language and yet we haven't. If you notice the extra time you have on your hands, invest some of it into learning a new language and soon you'll finally be able to speak French, Spanish, Italian, or any other dialect you want to learn. You can enroll in classes, watch free videos online, get a tutor, or invest in a program that will help you advance. You'll be proud of your new ability, confident in your will to learn, and can meet and communicate with people you couldn't otherwise.
10. Take a trip.
If you learn a new language, why not take a trip to the country the language is native to? Regardless, one of the best things to do is to take a trip somewhere you've been wanting to go. You can take a road trip, a train, or a plane, and you can travel somewhere nearby or far away. Trips with yourself or people you're close to usually produce some of the greatest experiences and memories you'll ever have. Stay safe, have a bit of a plan, and be sure to enjoy yourself.
11. Take a nap.
While some might argue that napping isn't a productive activity - it definitely is, as long as it's in moderation. If you feel a bit exhausted and you've got some time on your hands, take a nap! Napping - but not for too long - could improve your health, your mood, and provide you with newfound energy. Sometimes it's our diet, stress, or just exhaustion getting to you and a fresh rest could do the trick.
12. Take a bath or shower.
Any time is a good time to take a cozy shower/bath to both clean and relax yourself. Great hygiene and personal care are so important to leading a complete and healthy lifestyle. You can heat a bath, put some music on, drop a "bath bomb", and light a candle to spend time quality with yourself and invest in proper self-care. On days you feel empty and in need of recharging yourself, enjoyable self-care activities will make you feel whole again.
13. Write.
Writing is a productive and relaxing way so many people are able to express themselves, their feelings, and their thoughts. You can write on your notepad, blogs, books, short stories, poems, songs, or letters. You can get things off your chest and onto the paper in front of you, and you can decide for yourself whether to keep things private or share your writings with the world or the people they're meant for. Regardless, if you're feeling bored, creative, or have a problem to solve - grab a journal and just start writing.
14. Make a plan for your life, business, education, career, family, etc.
For any of your visions and goals to come to fruition you'll need an idea of how you're going to accomplish them - you'll need a plan. Spend some time making plans for how you want your life to go and how you see yourself living in 5 years. Lay out the work and accomplishments required to reach the heights you dream of, and begin working consistently toward that future best version of yourself. Anything important requires a bit of planning, a lot of work, and a commitment to consistency; this goes for business, careers, school, relationships, and anything worthwhile in life. If you truly invest in something every single day, that achievement will manifest itself over time.
15. Explore Pinterest for inspiration on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more.

16. Meal prep healthy foods.
Eating healthy is essential and preparing food is time consuming, especially cooking each meal individually. To be productive when you have down time and maintain good health as a top priority, spend some time one day each week preparing the meals you can eat for the next few days. Meal prepping is such a great habit to implement into your life. You'll eat healthy, save time, save money, have food ready to go, and maintain healthy habits.
17. Take a class that interests you.
You can usually walk into any university and sit in a live class - whether you're enrolled or not. It's not something everybody does, but if you're bored or interested in a topic you don't have much exposure to, find a class you like and try to sit in on the lectures. If you aren't up for it, you can find courses and compelling information online for free or that you can actually enroll in. There's not much better than learning new things that captivate you. Even Steve Jobs did it by dropping in on a calligraphy class that inspired the implementation of various texts options in early Apple products.
18. Get a job you enjoy.
One of our main priorities as a brand empowering our customers is making sure you all work jobs you enjoy. We spend a lot of our time working, apparently about 30% of our lives are spent at work - this shows how important it is to do something you enjoy and are proud to contribute to. If you don't have a dream job of yours, do what you need to so that you can get it. Nothing is out of reach and nothing is unrealistic. If you're committed to learning and investing your time each day, you can achieve the dream job or work you've wanted and feel whole if you enjoy what you do!
19. Decorate your home.
Any day that you need some productive work to do or just want to switch things up, you should find a few ways to clean and improve the layout of your home. Re-organize your things, buy new décor, move things around, and spice up your home. Your home is where you live, sleep, eat, lounge, and host guests. If you keep your space clean and aesthetically pleasing you'll lift the mood of all who spend time in the space - especially yourself.
20. Re-decorate your room.
Your room is your special place. It's meant to be comfortable, cozy, pleasing, and representative of you. Put up lights, spray fragrance, light some candles, hang up signs or photos, move your dressers, or move your bed around to better enjoy your bedroom - however big or small it might be. Whatever you do, have fun decorating your room and use it as an area to express, inspire, and comfort yourself. At the end of every day and the beginning of each morning be grateful for the roof over your head and the bed you're able to lay on. Make the space yours and one you feel best able to decompress, relax, and be yourself.
21. Organize and tidy up.
Clean, sweep, mop, dust, and tidy up your home, office, car, or any place you spend your time which could be organized and cleaned. You'll always enjoy your personal space more when it's clean, smells good, and look great. Organizing will also help you grab your things seamlessly, and find things you thought you've lost. Cleanliness or lack thereof is a reflection of your character and respect for self. Be sure to care for your space and all your belongings neatly.
22. Run errands.
If you have anything you need to return, gather them together and head out to the stores or post office to exchange your goods. Any time you're bored and looking for something productive to do, look around, note what errands you need to run, and go run them. Procrastinating is never satisfactory and we almost always have some errand we need to do.
23. Visit a museum, library, park, or city near you.
Some of the best places you'll visit and create memories at are right nearby your home. Find a museum, library, park, city, or other attraction near you and explore what they have to offer. They'll surprisingly leave you relaxed and inspired. Go alone or with a friend and embrace the beauty of nature and things surrounding you. Simple activities like this are what will reinvigorate your enthusiasm and appreciation for life and are accessible daily.
24. Get your nails done and take good care of yourself.
Girls, nails with nail polish look much better than bare nails that go un-manicured. Nail polish adds some color, it adds some style, it makes your skin glow, it makes you feel brand new, and it helps you express yourself. You can even manicure your nails yourself or with friends instead of going to get them done each time. Guys, cut and straighten your nails to keep them clean and neat; sharp, long nails don't help show that you take pride in taking care of yourself.
25. Get your hair cut / styled.
Any day is a good day for a clean, new hair cut. Whether you need to cut or freshen your hair, or you want to try a whole new look, treat yourself and get your hair done. We'll always encourage you to show that you're well put together and invest in self-care. Your appearance matters to others and to yourself. The better you take care of yourself, the better you'll feel and the better the people around you will feel about both you and themselves. If there's a new hairstyle you want to try, go ahead and try it. Nonetheless, a trip to the barbershop or salon will help lift your mood.
26. Watch a documentary.
Well put together documentaries are always enjoyable and since there are so many to choose from, you're sure to find ones that interest you. You can enjoy films about food, dieting, exercise, history, science, fashion, art, computers, photography, travel, culture, sports, and so much more.
27. Bake a cake, cupcakes, or cookies and decorate them.
If you're bored, with friends, or just looking for something to do, try your hand at baking. There's so many foods and desserts you can try to create and decorating them with frosting and sprinkles adds to the fun. When you're all done baking and decorating your food, you'll have a delicious meal or dessert to enjoy. Go crazy and pour yourself a drink while you're at it. Cheers.
28. Organize and refresh your wardrobe - donate clothes, organize clothes, and make room for your new clothes.
Clean out your closet, remove clothes you no longer wear, and make room for the new clothes you'll be getting soon. If you have old clothes that don't fit or you don't think you'll wear again, hand them down or donate them to the less fortunate who could make use of them. You could also have some fun customizing your clothes by cutting, dyeing, or drawing on them. Finally, look into selling your valuable clothes and consider using that money for your new wardrobe or other expenses.
29. Go through all your old photos and videos.
It's always cool going through your phone or computer and seeing your old photos and videos. You could see how you used to be, the people who used to be in your life, and you can better understand what you want out of your future. It's also useful deleting the content you no longer want from people or places you've moved on from. You can print some of the photos and make a collage or hang them up around your bedroom or home. If you're making a gift for someone close to you, you can even include some old photos you think they'd love to see again.
30. Call your parents.
Life is short and many of us have had parents or other role models who helped raise and uplift us as we've grown; if those people you look up to are still around, give them a call or spend some time with them while you still can. As many people near the end of their lives they commonly say that their joy and treasure lies in the people they love. Whoever you love, remind them that you love them. If your relationship with parents or friends took a wrong turn, try your hand at resolving the problems to appreciate each other again.
31. Try a new hairdo.
We talked about getting a fresh new hair cut or styling from a professional, but you can also find new hair style or color you want to try and go get it done. You can always go back to your original hair color or grow your hair back if you cut it in a new, risky style. A lot of the time a new hairdo you like will give your appearance and confidence the unexpected boost you're looking for. At the very least you'll look and feel a little different for a period of time or can finally see how you'd look with a certain style you've liked.
32. Declutter your email.
When you have some time on your hands, whether you're at home, work, or school, you can go through your mail and email addresses to keep them up to date and free from junk. Delete unnecessary emails in your inbox, move messages to their respective folders, and empty your trash. This will help you stay more organized and efficient while giving you something productive to do when you need it.
33. Clean your rooms - kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc.
We're adamant that your cleanliness or lack thereof are a tell all sign of your behavior and the way you conduct yourself. Keep your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and other spaces clean at all times. Of course, things constantly get dirty so you'll have to keep up with cleaning but you'll come to enjoy and appreciate your environment much more when you take good care of it, as will your friends and guests. If you're at work or live with roommates or a family who isn't very clean, take pride in being the one to refresh the environment for everyone. At this point we've mentioned a number of areas you can clean and explained the value of doing so.
34. Clean your belongings.
Clean your shoes, hair brushes, makeup brushes, clothing, and other valuable belongings. Just like with cleaning your home, cleaning your belongings will encourage you to appreciate and enjoy the things you have while making them last much longer and appear much nicer. If you have white shoes that aren't so white anymore, or tools you've been using for a long time, take your things out and scrub them down!
35. Make a to-do list with only your top 3 priorities and complete it.
Some days we feel like we have so much to do with no time to get it all done, and other days we feel like we have nothing to do and we're 'dying' to keep ourselves busy. We encourage you to make a to-do list only listing your top 1-3 priorities and stopping there. When you fill out a list with all the things you need to do you'll have too many options and not get them done. If you can identify the single most important thing you need done and not focus on much more, you'll actually complete the important task that you've needed to accomplish and continue forward from there.
36. Go play with your baby family members.
Babies make almost everybody smile. They're so adorable and loving that we can't help but try to make them laugh and enjoy when they do. Babies can be a whole lot of fun, so if you have a baby brother or sister or a baby cousin, pay them a visit and enjoy making them happy. Cherish all the young people in your life and take good care of them. As an adult it's your responsibility to protect and care for the young ones in your lives and help them have the best childhoods and outstanding role models to look up to. The young are vulnerable and will also not be young for very long. Do your part in enjoying them, appreciating them, and caring for them.
37. Go tanning.
Tans almost always look good. If you have some time on your hands and the sun is out, put on a bit of sunscreen to protect your skin and lay out to get some flattering color and vitamin D. You're skin will glow, your eyes will shine, your smile will brighten, and you'll look and feel healthy! We prefer natural sunlight to any other form of artificially tanning the skin - in case you didn't know many humans are deficient in vitamin D and the sun is one of the greatest natural sources we can gather the vitamin from.
38. Go walking or running.
Going for a walk or run is one of the most productive and beneficial things you can do. Not only will you keep your mind and body healthy but you'll have the focus and peace to think through any problems you may be having and find the most optimal solutions. You'd be surprised how much better a walk outside could make you feel and how much you can learn about yourself while exercising. Regardless of whether you're sick or healthy, exercise will improve your cardiovascular health, brain health, blood flow, and your mood.
39. Get a massage.
A nice massage always feels so good and relaxing and it's something you never want to end. Get away and treat yourself to a massage from a professional or from someone you know who's willing to give you one. A massage will encourage an increase in healthy blood flow, relieve tension, treat inflammation, and help repair your muscles, while making you feel amazing, calm, and refreshed.
40. Light a candle.
Whatever you're doing - lighting a candle will always make it better. Well-made candles will help you calm down, set the mood, wake up peacefully, fall asleep gently, make you feel better when sick, relax you when you need relaxing, and make any space you're in smell delicious, delectable, and unforgettable. Depending on the scent you're burning, your candle can help transport you to another place or time while making you and your guests feel comfortable and at home. High quality candles are nostalgic, timeless, and essential!
41. Make a new music playlist.
The music you listen to will influence your mind and actions while telling others a lot about who you are. Whatever you're doing, you can make a new music playlist to match your mood and inspire yourself and anyone else that might listen. You can also delve into new genres, artists, or variations of music you have yet to explore before.
42. Do yoga.
The benefits of yoga and exercise cannot be overlooked. To help yourself feel whole and at peace we encourage you to participate in yoga exercises, whether in class or by yourself. It's essential to look after your mind, body, and spirit, and activities such as yoga are beneficial to them all. We'll always encourage a holistic approach to health and life to ensure the calibration of your mind, body, spirit, and soul.
43. Organize your kitchen and put away things you don't use to better utilize storage space.
While we already know a clean kitchen is better than one which remains messy, it's also always nice to organize your kitchen and put things away that have been sitting out. If you go through all your goods you can dispose of whatever may be expired and better utilize the storage space you make available. A lot of time is spent in the kitchen for many people around the world - just like your bedroom and other areas of the house a tidy kitchen will be pleasing and efficient.
44. Do the laundry.
Stay on top of your chores and get your laundry done, especially when you have nothing else to do. Take pride in taking great care of yourself!
45. Go on a date.
Anytime you're feeling confident and romantic, or when you want a little bit of excitement, call your partner or contact someone you're interested in and go on a cool, enjoyable date / night out.
46. Introduce yourself to someone new.
One of the great things we get to do in life is meet and experience new people. So often people are shy or afraid of getting rejected that we avoid meeting new people, even when there's someone intriguing for us to meet. Some of the best relationships and friendships formed as a result of one person being confident and social enough to introduce themselves to another. If you want to go on a date, make a new friend, have a new conversation, or simply enjoy a new person / experience, introduce yourself to someone new and get to know more about them. If the person you try talking to doesn't pay you much attention, disregard them and move on - who cares. Finally, if someone kind and confident tries talking to you, be excited and respectful enough to respond and get to know them while sharing a bit about yourself. Stay safe, but enjoy yourself and meet new people.
47. Go through your skincare routine or make a new one.
If you've noticed, there's been a strong theme here - taking great care of yourself! One of the ways men and women throughout all time have invested in their health and appearance is in taking care of their skin. If you have a current skincare routine that works well in keeping your face and body clear and healthy then of course continue with what works. If you don't take great care of your skin, identify the products and habits that might help and try employing those each day for great results. If you just wash your face with water and it keeps your face clear, keep doing that! Regardless, enjoy taking care of your skin with water, lotions, serums, spf protectant, and whatever else helps you glow. Continue with what works and change your routine if you're results are less than desired.
48. Learn about growing a new business and try to make a business plan.
If you have an idea, have time on your hands, have money to invest, or have the ambition to succeed in a new venture, consider creating a business plan and launching a new company. Understand that in building your own business you will face new challenges, frustrations, and be required to invest much of your time and energy in order to succeed. If you're willing and able to learn and you're eager to introduce new products or services to the marketplace, building a business can become one of the most lucrative and fulfilling things you can do. Gather some of your intelligent peers, hold discussions about creating a company, and if you truly feel like you're in a position to take the risk, launch your company and work hard each day to deliver the value that improves the lives of others.
49. Surprise someone - show up, buy a gift, make a gift, do something they want you to do, do something you've never done for someone else.
Every day is a great day to do something cool for someone you love. People love feeling love and it feels good giving it, so a fruitful way to spend your day is to surprise someone close to you with something they would appreciate and aren't expecting. You can do simple things like buy them a gift or set up a picnic, but show some of your love to someone you appreciate and you'll feel just as good as they do.
50. Call or text your friends.
Life is so fleeting and anything can happen at any time. People suddenly lose friends and family members, and we know nothing lasts forever. When you think of someone during the day, give them a call or shoot them a text and just say hello. If you have old friends from school, teams, or other activities that you haven't spoken with in a long time, give them a call.
51. Delete things on your phone and computer that you don't need.
Take some time to clear out your photo albums, apps, messages, and other unnecessary and excessive things on your device. Save storage, stay organized, and get rid of what you no longer need. If you spend too much time on certain apps or social media, take a day or two at a time off of them and you may realize that you don't really need them at all.
52. Update your resumé and apply for jobs you would want but don't think you could get - you just might get one.
Keep a well-written and up-to-date resumé listing your accomplishments and activities. When the time comes send your file out for jobs that you would actually love to get. Never settle, continue applying for new jobs, leverage your position / experience, and remain open to new opportunities that excite you.
53. Design something new - product, clothing, shoes, jewelry, decor, etc.
Designing, drawing, painting, writing, and creating any other form of art are some of the best hobbies you could pursue. As you continue creating you're skills will improve and so will your appreciation for the things that inspire you and the things you create. Each individual is independent and unique so your work will be representative of your interests, imagination, and creativity. Enjoy expressing yourself through art and before you know it you might even have others appreciating your work and asking you to create art for them! Many ordinary people may not consider themselves artists or know where to start when making "art" - art is self-expression substantiated by simply taking tools and creating what you imagine or feel.
54. Take on a new project.
Whether you have things you want to work on or you need to search for a project to begin, taking on a new project will make you feel productive, accomplished, and satisfied. You can fix something, build something new, develop new artwork, touch-up old artwork, do construction around the house, and much more. There's so much to do, just pick something that excites you, something you need to do, or a job someone you know needs help with, make a simple plan of action, and just get started.
55. Go play sports - volleyball, soccer, tennis, golf, basketball, baseball, or others.
Finally, another fantastic activity to take part in, sports! Find some friends, go to the local field, head to a basketball court, tennis court, or golf course and enjoy playing a game you love or a new game you've been yearning to try. You can play alone and practice to continue getting better or you can participate in team sports and play to win. Everyone can find a sport that they'll find themselves loving and able to play for hours on end. If you can't play, you can find another sport which you can, or you enjoy watching people who are good at what they do. If you prefer avoid physical games or happen to be limited, try your hand at games like chess, debate, or other intellectual yet competitive activities.
Bonus: Pray.

Traveling is one of the most adventurous, wholesome experiences we should get to enjoy every once in a while. Whether it be a fun vacation, relaxing vacation, business trip, destination wedding, planned party, or other type of event, visiting new places and exploring different cities keeps you refreshed, enthused, inspired, and active.
Traveling is a great means to relieve stress, learn, and know more about the world we live in and the people we live with. On trips you'll get to enjoy the beautiful sights, unique foods, local music, new cultures, and you might even make some new friends. Whatever your perspective, traveling provides a wonderful, nourishing experience that you enjoy and learn from each time.
While we many might love or dream to travel, we'll need to be prepared for the times we actually do!
As women, there are some items that are considered crucial, things we might not be able to do without on a trip and things we just need as humans. Some are objects we use daily, some are basic necessities for a woman going on a trip, and some can be the extra few things you need unique to your personal habits.
It is advisable to pack everything you think you might need, especially for a long trip, while trying to keep your luggage as light and neat as possible - the challenge we face every time. Therefore, find the right luggage or bags that suit you and are able to contain everything you have to pack.
Keep your mind open, stay aware, stay alert, and enjoy your new adventures.
Here are some travel essentials every woman needs when going on a trip:
1. Stylish and Comfortable Outfits: As we all know, the clothing we pack on our trips is important. We want to pack light and be prepared for varying weather while wanting to looking our best and try some new looks. When packing, try to keep in mind every occasion or outing that is likely to occur, whether you've got certain things planned or you're considering them while you're there. Regardless, we want to put together some of our best outfits for trips. These outfits have to be classy, versatile, and comfortable.
You can start with daily wears like your workout clothes, athleisure, leggings, intimates, and nightwear. Then, pick out clothes depending on the type of trip you are going on. For example, if it's a business trip, you can pack one or two blazers and other work suitable garments, while if it is a sunny vacation you should pack other clothing like your swimsuit, cover ups, etc.
Your outfits when traveling should allow full opportunity to express yourselves and show your style. Sometimes it seems unnecessary to wear the fashionable sets we can put together in and around the town we live, but on trips, especially to fashionable places, you get to be you and wear what you want.
Your outfits will hold you down for photos, dinners, shopping, museums, concerts, parks, walking around, swimming, laying out, meetings, dates, and your visits to various locations around the area you're visiting - plan accordingly.
Again, do not forget to pack proper underwear and to pick accessories including jewelry, shoes, and bags that go with most of the outfits you're packing. You can select two or three pairs of different types of shoes that would adapt with various activities so you can limit the space and weight in your luggage. Always keep in mind versatile pieces when packing your things.
2. Toiletries & feminine hygiene products: These are your basic everyday necessities that includes soaps, toothbrush, toothpaste, pads / tampons - especially if you are expecting your period, and anything else particular to you. Also the aforementioned underwear, bras, bikinis, etc.
3. Basic beauty products for face and hair: Every woman should be a beauty lover and every beauty lover should never forget their basic beauty products while packing for a trip. These include a possible cleanser, shampoo, lotion, deodorant, body spray, SPF, hairspray, or serum, etc. Try to pack in smaller travel sized containers. Remember to consider your reason for travel as well as your destination while packing for your trip, the climate, beauty trends, and looks your styling, then add your products in accordingly.
Also, don’t’ forget some makeup if you'd like. A little bit of glam wouldn’t hurt for any woman going on a trip for a while. You never know what blemishes may appear or what makeup you may need. Your powder, pencils, and brushes should be cleaned and packed neatly inside a separate bag or pouch.
4. Gadgets: These include; phone, power bank, tablet, travel adapter, laptop for work, and other devices we use in our everyday life. During travels, they could serve as our go to source for energy or information. Nobody needs to be with a dead battery in case of no outlets around them, if you can, try to bring a mobile phone charger.
5. Identification: Of course, this is just as important as every thing else being packed for your trip. In fact, it's a significant thing you cannot forget. Whether you are traveling within your country's domain or internationally you'll need some form of identification likely including your driver's license or other photo i.d. and a valid passport. These are your means of identifying who you are, for consent to travel and cross borders, to prove your age and place of origin, and more. When going anywhere, especially out of town, safely keep your identification cards.
6. Books: If you are going on a trip especially if it is a long one, a book is definitely something you ought to bring with you to have a well rounded trip. It doesn’t really matter if you are going alone or with company, a book keeps you engaged and relaxed too, a way to avoid been bored throughout. It could be an E-book or a hard copy but having some books to keep you engaged while on your trip is the real deal. You should try it on your next trip and see how it goes. You can read while you travel in car, bus, train, or plane, by the pool, in your room, or out in nature where you're visiting. Books will help keep your mind open and your spirit alive.
Always remember, It is a good idea to do a little research on where you are going, to know more about things like the weather, if the people dress in a particularly different way from yours or if there are certain things you cannot do or wear because of their tradition and culture so you can know what to add to your traveling bag and also find out things that are illegal and should not be included in your bags. Stay safe and have fun.

The Differences in Jewelry Materials and What to Know: Exploring Gold Vermeil, 925 Sterling Silver And Zinc Alloy
In case you didn't know, jewelry can be made from a large variety of different metal compositions, the most common jewelry designs - necklaces, rings, bracelets - available to most people are produced by different metals and metal combinations, some being more common than others. You've likely heard of Gold Vermeil, 925 Sterling Silver, Zinc Alloy, and more in regard to jewelry you've purchased, but do you know how they differ? For those who don't, we're here to help you learn how they three compositions differ. In this article we'll discuss each of these very commonly used metal mixtures to manufacture jewelry and discuss more in another article to come.
Here’s our simple, educational guide to the most common jewelry producing materials.
Gold Vermeil
In today’s environment and throughout time many boutique jewelry stores and retailers have been offering gold vermeil designs of beautiful jewelry.
Standard gold vermeil is expected to be a 92.5% sterling silver base mixed with other metals, plated in 10+ karat gold, with an approximately 2.5+ micron thick gold coating.
Essentially, gold vermeil is sterling silver that has a narrow layer of gold electroplated onto the surface. To the naked eye, vermeil may look like absolute gold. This may be expected for fresh, well made gold vermeil jewelry since 10 karat gold is used to coat the outer layer.
These are certified aspects that set vermeil apart from other gold plated jewelry:
• The durability of the gold used for the plating process must be partially 10 karats with premium quality vermeil normally being 14 Karats or more
• The width of the plating has to be a minimum of 2.5 microns
• The base metal should be sterling silver (92.5% silver mixed with other metals) followed by the gold coat
Why Choose Gold Vermeil
So, why select gold vermeil over real gold or regular gold plated jewelry? Design, price, and durability. Gold is an essential metal in your jewelry arsenal, and one of the world's most precious metals / materials - but at quantity in it's pure form it can be quite costly. If your budget is tight but you still desire something of high quality and fashion then gold vermeil is an outstanding choice of jewelry to add to your wardrobe. You’re still acquiring real gold, even if it’s just on the outermost layer, and as long as you keep your pieces clean they should maintain their glamour and shine for some time. Gold vermeil's sterling silver base provides reliable durability with everyday affordability while leaving no compromise in design.
925 Sterling Silver
While the name makes the metal's composition quite obvious, those unfamiliar may not already know that 925 sterling silver is in fact expected to have 92.5% of the compositions weight be of pure silver mixed with a composition of other metals adding the approximately 7.5% of the remaining weight of the jewelry piece. This approximately 7.5% of other metal mixed with the silver is usually made mostly of copper.
In this form the metal is alluring and suffers from minimal tarnish, but it's soft and malleable enough to style and design into fairly stunning pieces.
Why 925 Sterling Silver
Sterling silver jewelry is a perfect premium quality choice in most circumstances. The metal will not corrode or perish, plus if you take care of your jewelry it will maintain it's integrity and purpose well into the future.
As far as the longevity of sterling silver is concerned, although it lacks the whole purity, it can be sturdier and more durable than wholly authentic silver. Actually, not being pure silver is what improves the longevity index of sterling silver.
Zinc Alloy Jewelry
Zinc alloy, also known as Tibetan silver or misnomer, is a well-known material used in jewelry production. It is not only inexpensive but also secure and skin-friendly. Zinc alloy is safe for jewelry because it is free of lead, a toxic material that makes other jewelry hazardous.
Zinc alloys are the perfect choice for jewelry making because they are strong and corrosion-resistant. They are also adaptable as makers can quickly combine them with other metals and design their pieces.
Why Zinc Alloy?
Zinc alloy is a material that mass jewelry manufacturers normally use. It is a blend of many things that creates a material with greater durability and resistance to corrosion. Jewelry makers rarely use zinc in its pure and sole form, which is why they combine it with other elements.
Manufacturers use zinc to shape many appropriate alloys. Brass, a popular alloy, is a blend of copper and zinc. Industries normally use it for numerous things because of its corrosion resistance. Nickel silver is another popular zinc alloy generally used to make silverware.
Is zinc alloy rustproof?
Corrosion resistance is one of the reasons zinc alloys are famous in jewelry production. Zinc is essentially rust-proof basically because of the safety layer it's nature produces.
Zinc simply reacts with carbon dioxide in the air and shapes a zinc carbonate layer. It remarkably lessens the corrosion rate of ferrous metals. This layer is crucial as it makes a coating that contributes to its corrosion-resistant barrier.
Although zinc has been deemed "rust-proof" it may actually begin showing signs of rusting / corrosion after 35+ years, and even longer.
Benefits of using zinc alloy
Now that you've learned about these three commonly used metal compositions for jewelry, you can know what you are purchasing, discover your preferences, and develop your wardrobe.

Meditate -
It is not lost on us that meditation has become a topic discussed very much as of late. Seemingly 5 or so years ago meditation was an activity of gurus and monks but has since found it's way, with yoga, into the mainstream. The only problem with the mention of meditation being so often is that it's power is easily overlooked and not fully understood. When feeling stuck, if you can focus on your meditation sessions, it is in these sessions that you will undoubtedly begin to experience the stillness, tranquility, and freedom of mind you've been longing for.
In mediation you get to know yourself.
In meditation you gain control over the flow of your thoughts.
How to Meditate:
When you find yourself in need of silence and clarity: First, find a place without much noise, commotion, or people. Sit down, relax, close your eyes, focus on your breathing and listen to each breathe. As you focus, now more relaxed, on your breathe, with your eyes closed, you will feel begin to feel peace. Of course, if, when you begin meditating, you continue feeling anxious or stuck, with practice you will find peace.
For at least five minutes keep your attention on your breathe, as your thoughts flow through your mind, practice either listening closely if you're looking for an answer, or not listening and creating a free, light feeling in your mind. As you continue to practice meditating you will clearly see improvement in your ability to relax yourself, find answers to your questions, and either listen more clearly to your mind, or better know how to contain it.
Play Sports / Other Activity / Hobby -
Whether you currently feel like spending more time alone or with others, there is always an activity you can participate in that will take your mind and feelings off your circumstances and allow you to immerse yourself in what's happening in enough that you are not actively thinking of what's keeping you stuck. Of course, if you continue doing things and feeling some type of way, choose another activity until you find the ones that free you.
Relax
Swim
Play basketball / soccer / baseball / football / tennis / golf / or any other sport
Go Horseback riding
The most important aspect of living a good life lies in your dedication to self-education. Learning about life, philosophy, humans, the way of the world, and all things in between will be what gives you everything you need to feel good and be happy. Above all, happiness lies in being grateful for everything you've had, have, and will have. As you learn and grow you will become fully appreciative of the beauty that surrounds us in people and nature all over the world as well as the basic necessities of life that you likely have, while many others don't.
You have all the tools and information you need to wake up each day, remember what you want in life, and do the things that benefit you. Feeling stuck is a thing of the past. Life is short, life is fragile, and life for someone else is much worse than it is for you. Additionally, most things you experience in life other humans experience and surpass on their way to even more difficult problems. Be grateful for everything, the roof over your head, the bed and pillows you sleep on, an education, being able to read and write, all your clothes and shoes, your family and friends, your ancestors, your hobbies and the ability to actually do them, and everything else. Everything is a blessing. Everything you have, someone else lacks. You are more than capable of always moving forward living a life you love and enjoy.

The Top 5 Things You Need For Vacation:
Exactly what you need to bring on your vacation is going to differ based on where and when you'll be at your destination. Of course, each person uses different items on a daily and weekly basis but if you don't normally use some of the things we mention feel free to consider them based on the details of your trip and benefits they provide.
If you're going on a trip where you'll be away from home and all the things you have there you'll want to consider taking products you use every day and ones you'll need for your upcoming new location!
SELF CARE / HYGIENE:
Soaps / moisturizer / lotion / skincare / body wash / shampoo / sun tan lotion / deodorant / fragrances
Hygiene will include anything we may need to keep up with our overall cleanliness, health, presentation, and appeal. Undoubtedly some of the most important items you'll take unless they're available where you're staying.
With good hygiene practice you'll be sure to look good and feel great, especially when paired with your clothing, skincare, and beauty products if you're using any. Of course, travel with volumes of product within the guidelines of your means of transportation. When flying it's safe to stick with small bottles and plan to purchase what you may need if you've planned an extended stay.
- Soaps - Body Wash, Shampoo / Conditioner, Hand Sanitizer
- Skincare Products - Moisturizer, Skin Serum, Body lotion
- Sunscreen, Tanning Oil
- Deodorant
- Fragrances (Perfume / Cologne)
- Hair products
- Medicine
- Fem hygiene
- Makeup / Beauty Essentials
CLOTHING / ACCESSORIES:
The hardest part for many lies in selecting the clothes you'll take to wear on your trip. It may be hard choosing but this truly is the fun part. Consider where you're going and check the expected weather for the time you'll be in town, then start forming some idea of the styles you'll want to wear. Finally, we'll try picking staple tops, bottoms, swimwear, shoes, and accessories we can use and style with varying pieces.
We'll include different items that you may not need if they don't apply to your current trip.
To get things started with picking your outfits for this trip, pick out your staple / favorite pieces or the new pieces you may have gotten to take on this vacation. Try to pack light with neutral styles you can add to statement pieces or wear under stylish layering.
Tops:
Bring a few tops you'd love to wear, a crop top or two, a classy top or two, a shirt or hoodie or layer depending on weather. Go for any look on your tops that you like. Be sure to bring a couple pieces that can be worn with different bottoms and shoes and don't overpack tops of the same colors. If you're going somewhere warm and plan on getting a lovely tan feel free to wear your favorite cropped or cut pieces out or to dinner; enjoy your body, enjoy your tan, and enjoy your vacation.
Bottoms:
When considering bottoms we want to pack both light and classy. Of course pack a pair of shorts or two to wear in your room, around the pool, or our if it's extremely warm where you're headed. For the most part we'd consider a more elegant, fashionable pack for the bottoms - skirts, light pants, and a pair of your favorite denim if you'd like. Have a plan for your trip before traveling and consider what you'll be doing. Find your most flattering pants and skirts for dinners, nights out, and walking around town. In addition to your elegant bottoms, be ready to pack your best dresses.
Dresses:
A staple for women on any vacation, adding class and style to your luggage and wardrobe, the dresses you have will be perfect for starry or adventurous evenings away from home. You can choose from your favorite dresses and add those in, pick what makes you feel most confident, chic, and desirable.
Most trips we take involve nice weather, the ocean, the lake, swimming pools, or jacuzzies, and if that's the case for you then you'll need to dress accordingly. Pick you favorite 1 - 4 swim sets to take based on where you're going and what you plan on doing. If you're on extended travel you can wash and reuse your sets. If need be, an extra swim set can be used for extra undergarments.
Undergarments:
As a friendly reminder, you'll want to take some undergarments in your suitcase. At least a pair of underwear per day should be included an likely an extra pair or two, although one extra should do. Underwear are small and light, we'll need a fresh pair we can use each day, and we want to be prepared for pairs being dirtied and having to switch out. According to how often you plan on wearing bras, add one to a few to your luggage although you likely won't need too many taking up space in your suitcase.
Shoes:
Another fun part of packing, picking and admiring your favorite shoes to wear to style for nights out and dressed up, or to walk around and enjoy the scenery. For our shoes we'll want to pack a pair of sandals, some heels, and a nice sneaker or two. You'll be covered by water or hot weather with the sandals, have heels to dress up with your pants, skirts, or dresses, and have sneakers for walking or any other activity. Shoes take up a lot of space so keep it simple and don't include too many pairs.
Sunglasses / Glasses:
Of course if we're in the sun we'll want to take sunglasses to keep your eyes cool and add a little extra to your look. You don't need your most expensive glasses in case you lose or break them, but if you have a case for your glasses take them in the case. For our people with glasses or contacts be sure to take what you need whether it be just your glasses or your contacts and solution.
Jewelry:
For the ladies and gentlemen, be sure to take some jewelry on you or in one of your bags to complete all your outfits. If you're going on a trip there is no need to take your most expensive things, again there lies so many opportunities to lose or break things like glasses or jewelry when away from home for an extended period of time so avoid the most valuable pieces and keep track of your things.
You don't need too many pieces but it would be good to have some variety or jewelry to stack. Take or wear rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets you may have and they'll help your outfit stand out, add some class, and add some shine to your look. Sterling silver or gold plated jewelry make for great choices abroad, again, be careful taking too much when you're away on vacation and keep any super valuable pieces safe at home.
Bag(s):
Very quickly we just wanted to touch on the bags as they are important when traveling since they carry and protect all your thing. Pack a carry on backpack or duffle bag with your essentials and maybe some snacks, bring your wallet / bag / purse to hold your identification documents and money or credit cards, and finally your suitcase / luggage to carry your clothes and the other essential items mentioned on this list.
MONEY:
Of course if you're going to be away from a cash flowing job you'll need some cash or credit card to pay for anything you want or need. If you can stay away from taking too much cash that might be safe and help keep things more compact. A slim wallet or card holder with credit or debit cards you have access too should be all you need depending on where you're going. Keep your money safe and don't overspend while you're away.
PASSPORT / DRIVER'S LICENSE:
The list wouldn't be complete without you ensuring you have your passport, driver's license, and any necessary documents for travel depending on where you're coming from and where you're headed. Make sure you keep your passport and identification ready for travel and double check that they are not expired.
PLANS + GOOD ENERGY:
And finally our list would not be complete without the most important cargo - you and your energy. When you're headed for a trip make some plans, know what you want to do, be happy, be enthused, be grateful, and be social. Any travel is a great adventure and opportunity to meet other people, places, and versions of ourselves. Do your part to have fun, learn, and keep good energy throughout the journey however short or long it may be.
Checklist:
- Bags (suitcase, carry-on, wallet)
- Hygiene Products
- Clothing / Accessories / Shoes
- Passport / ID
- Cash / Credit
- Your Best Energy
We wish you a safe travel and the best of experiences on this and every trip you take! Be sure you have everything you need, stay safe, and enjoy!

How to Experience the Beautifying Benefits of a Great Night’s Sleep
Sleep is vital for a number of reasons: It protects the cardiovascular system from damage, helps to prevent certain cancers and other diseases, boosts our energy levels, and reduces inflammation throughout the body. Moreover, a great night’s sleep makes us smarter, happier, and more physically fit.
But did you know that sleep can also help us to look and feel younger? That’s right: Beauty sleep is a real thing. When we’re sleeping soundly throughout the night, our skin is better able to repair itself from damage, which leads to fewer wrinkles and clear, glowing skin. Additionally, deep sleep is beneficial to achieving a fuller head of hair.
To reap these beautifying benefits, it’s best to aim for seven to eight hours of sleep each night. But if you’re having trouble falling or staying asleep, there are several things you can do to improve your sleep habits for a better night’s rest. This article from Empty Whole will tell you how!
Part of building a healthy bedtime routine has a lot to do with the bath and body products you’re using and how often you’re applying them to your skin. But as a rule, it’s important to cleanse and moisturize your face before getting into bed, choosing products that work best for your skin type. The right facial cleanser, night cream, and serum will hydrate and brighten your skin, reduce acne, and fight signs of aging as you snooze. Before going to bed, taking some time to care for yourself and your skin will help you relax, wind down, and feel good as you get ready for sleep.
Certain skincare products can help to calm the body and induce sleep, including roll-on essential oils, facial masks, lotions, and bath oils or salts. It may be helpful to incorporate these products into your bedtime routine. Regardless, some soothing water on your face and some comfortable clothes and sheets will be inviting as you drift off to bed.
If you’re waking up in the morning with tangled tresses or experiencing hair loss or breakage, it may be time to replace your standard cotton pillowcase with one that’s made of mulberry silk. You’ll get more comfortable and protect your hair and skin from any harsh materials.
Some other reasons to use silk pillowcases instead of cotton include the following:
If you tend to overheat or sweat at night, you could run a light fan in the room. you could purchase breathable sheets to sleep on, lower your thermostat before bed, or sleep with less / lighter clothes. It may also be helpful to sleep in a lighter blanket when in bed.
Some of us can fall asleep within 10 to 20 minutes of climbing into bed, but not everyone is so fortunate. Some toss and turn for hours until we finally drift off to sleep — and even then we may wake up several times throughout the night. Fortunately, various types of tech can be used to track your sleep habits and help get you a better night’s rest.
For example, sleep-tracking devices can be worn around your wrist or finger, placed under your sheets, or situated next to your bed. These devices are designed to collect data as you rest, including information about your heart rate, movements, and room environment. Some can also be used to track your workouts, calories burned, and daily steps.
In addition to using sleep-tracking devices at night, you could place speakers near your bedside and play relaxing sounds that help you to drift off more easily. Companies offer a wide variety of speakers to choose from, your phone, tv, or speaker can then be connected to your smartphone device and used to play your favorite sleep sounds, whether it’s white noise, ocean waves, rain showers, or soft music.
Furthermore, mobile apps like Headspace, Insight Timer, and Calm offer sleep meditations, playlists, breathing exercises, and more. You can also find free guided meditation audio on YouTube, helping you to relax, unwind, and prepare your body for a peaceful night’s rest.
Indoor air pollution is a serious issue — one that can interfere with your sleep quality and irritate your throat, eyes, and nose. When the air quality in your bedroom is poor, you may snore as you sleep, experience nasal congestion and sneezing, and have trouble falling or staying asleep at night. But this is where air purification comes in. By purifying the air in your bedroom, you’ll sleep better at night, experience fewer allergy symptoms, and look and feel better overall.
Here are some ways to purify the air in your bedroom for a more restful night’s sleep:
Quality sleep is key to looking and feeling healthy, young, and energized, but unfortunately, sleep isn’t something that comes easily for all of us. Many of us need to practice good sleep hygiene, which means establishing a relaxing bedtime routine, improving our sleep environment, and using natural sleep aids such as essential oils and sleep-inducing bath soaks. And while it can take some time to find a bedtime routine that works, these tips will help us to improve our sleep habits for a healthier and more youthful body and mind!

]]>Bonus: You're mind, body, and soul integrate to form a complex individual which you must nourish daily with a healthy diet and exercise to operate effectively and efficiently throughout life.
The most important thing for each of us to understand is that our own thoughts, attitudes, energies, and actions are in our own control and the way we direct these faculties each day will determine our life's outcome and experience.
While your nature, peers, and environment will constantly influence you, you can influence, direct, and control your environment. Most significantly you need to be sharp, silent, diligent, and observant
Rather than roll with the tide and the waves, close your eyes, sit back, and be still.
You alone can make your life what you want it to be. While all circumstances are unique, regardless of the situation you're in, your life and your future are in your control.
All you really have to do, is pay attention: Pay attention to yourself, pay attention to others, pay attention to what you respect and admire, pay attention to what makes people strong and healthy, pay attention to what makes people honest and trustworthy, pay attention to what makes people successful, pay attention to what makes people happy, pay attention to what makes people peaceful, pay attention to what makes people confident yet humble, pay attention to what you can do to makes others better, pay attention to the things you and enjoy, and implement these things into your daily life.
If you aren't currently peaceful, productive, or proud of yourself then your habits must change, isn't it correct? If your life is currently not in a state you are content with and you are seeking to change that then it is your habits that have placed you here and your habits that must be changed in order to get you elsewhere. In that case as you observe what is unhelpful you must continue to avoid it and as you understand each thing that is beneficial, you will continue to partake in those things.
To provide you with some help, the things beneficial to you include: consuming healthy and natural foods and drinks, avoiding sugar, drinking lots of water, daily exercise and activity, reading, daily learning, cleanliness and good hygiene, keeping good friends, meditating, helping others, complimenting others, complimenting yourself, producing and creating things daily, traveling, mingling, working hard, spending time with your family, spending time with friends, and spending time with yourself.
Potentially detrimental things include: negativity thoughts, poor habits, insults, disrespect, letting others affect you, laziness, excess drugs or alcohol, lack of activity or exploration, no reading or learning, mostly consuming and rarely producing, and finally, keeping bad company.
Life is unbelievably beautiful, but as humans with consciousness, volatile chemicals makeups emotions, pain, loss, and unique perspectives, we may not always see it. The thing is, everyone can reach the place where no matter the circumstances you understand the beauty and swiftness of life enough to infinitely appreciate and enjoy it.
As long as you continue learning what makes you better and what makes you worse, focus on implementing what makes you better while letting go of the things that make you worse.
In the world we live, your thoughts and actions working in harmony together is the strongest power you can have. It is your strength and superpower to be able to think of things and then produce them; and everything that's been produced was originally just a thought someone had then made tangible. You can have and produce whatever you want once you know exactly what that is.
Once you can identify what you want from life, you must identify how you'll get it. Everyone wants something, and everyone has the right to, but wanting something alone will not get it for you - you must know how to get it. If you choose something good and you work hard along the path you identified then what you work for will come.
First, you must know exactly what you want. Second, you must know how you have to get it. Finally, you'll do what you must each day until it's yours. If you desire something with your whole heart and you commit to it's attainment you will achieve your desire or die trying. Pick worthy goals, persevere, and enjoy the process. Just know that karma is real. In order to get what you want you must be deserving and in order to be deserving you must give joy and kindness to yourself then others. As you work hard and spread positive karma and energy wherever you go, you will receive back what you put forth. But, just in the same sense, if you continue to spew negativity, insults, and dishonesty then these things will find there way to you as well.
One of the most important things you need to know and embrace is the nature of our mortality. Understanding life and embracing death is a step that's better taken earlier rather than later. Each person's introduction to death will come at different times but so long as you are still alive you will know someone who passes or you'll have gone first. Death is natural, powerful, and inevitable - it teaches and reminds us of many things: to be grateful for everything and everyone, live happy, be peaceful, be enthusiastic, make the best of each day, love yourself, love others, spend your time deliberately, avoid unsafe or unsatisfactory activities, and above all, prioritize and appreciate your health and that of those around you.
Those who wake up and spend each day with the understanding that they will perish, visibly live and move differently than those who do not embrace or understand this nature. Do not waste your days, spend your time deliberately and spend your time on the things that matter to you. Life is so beautiful and it's up to you to experience and breathe it in each day.
Look around, most anything you see or use that isn't a part of the original nature of earth was made by us, humans. The most beautiful buildings, monuments, music, art, books, clothing, fragrances, jewelry, technology, cars, planes, communities, and things we've seen and experienced have been developed by people just like you.
Your responsibility is not to fit into the world or a role your peers thrust on you; because you know that you are able to influence and invigorate your life and environment your responsibility is to do just that.
As long as you live do not allow others to tell you what you are or are not capable of. While you may not begin an expert in any field you undertake so long as you stay committed you can complete any projects you set yourself on. Do not be discouraged and do not be dismayed, any rejection you experience simply constitutes the dues you must pay to earn the place you wish to be.
Finally, as you continue to live and learn, acquiring new knowledge and experiences daily, you'll be able to identify the things that mean the most to you and enjoy spending your time with these joys of yours.
Rather than spend your time always here and there, spend your time deliberately focused on your main priorities likely including your health, diet, work/finances, friends/family social life, and yourself.
Whatever you choose to do, know that you have time to complete it. While you should work urgently every day, understand that large projects will take commitment and patience over the course of many months and possibly years. This is the point to remain focused on - most people who became leaders in their field or joyful in their lives did not accomplish this over night but over a period of time and through their own obstacles and adversity.
Pick your 5 or so main priorities, focus on them, attack them daily, and do your absolute best in each thing you do. With your knowledge, power, and charisma you can do anything.

Whether you've realized it or not, Isolation is a blessing in disguise. Spending time alone is what will teach you everything you need to know about yourself.
In today's world we've filled our lives with too many busy, irrelevant activities and we've taken time away from doing the things we love to do, doing the things we need to do, and spending productive time with ourselves doing the things that make us better.
Spending time with yourself is one of the best things you can do while alive. In periods of isolation, whether for minutes, hours, days, or months, we're allowed the time and ability to observe and optimize our inner dialogue and self-talk. If you can influence your mind to think positive, productive thoughts then you will act on them and actually achieve a life you love to live.
Think of how much time you already spend alone - waking up, in bed, driving, walking, sitting, waiting, eating, using the bathroom, on your phone, on your computer, watching tv, working out, and so much more. Imagine if you used this time and these thoughts improving yourself.
Each day you wake you need to use your time wisely. Whatever your circumstances are find time to be alone and work on the things you need to work on to create a successful, productive human. Workout, eat healthy, discipline yourself, strengthen your thoughts, plan things out, execute on plans, work hard, improve your life, make progress, and earn the things you want. As you grow you can gather the people and the resources to do even bigger and more powerful things.
Don't allow yourself to know what you need to do while inexcusably not doing these things.
When we spend time with ourselves we have the ability to observe the way we think and strengthen it. Thriving in isolation begins with appreciating your time alone and constructively using your brain to learn about yourself and your life.
Before life can be conquered, it must be understood. In order to master, control, and discipline yourself, your mind must be wired to work for you rather than against you.
If you do not yet know yourself you are unable of fully knowing others and if you do not first love yourself, you are unable of fully loving others.
Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. Knowing yourself is the beginning of your life.
Once you realize you have enough, you truly become rich. If you keep yourself centered and embrace life and death with your whole heart, you will endure forever.
Life is finite and life is short. One day your life will come to an end. Take the time to understand the world and yourself so that before you move on you make a life you love, and are proud of. Be a part of things, be the one to start things, create things, share things, innovate, excel, and dominate.
What to work on:
To begin with, so many of us are unable to identify what we're thinking or why we're thinking it. In isolation or meditation you are able to calmly sit back and observe your thoughts and thought process. Practicing this alone will enable you to become aware of how you speak to yourself in different situations and improve the dialogue. As your thought develop, master replacing your negative and weak thoughts with optimistic, confident, strong thoughts.
With continued improvement you'll begin to eliminate self-deprecating thoughts and weak inner dialogue to become the best version of yourself. You may not be aware of it or you may deny it but nearly everyone has poor tendencies, isolate yours and advance them.
Emotional intelligence is "one's capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions - and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically."
So many of us lack emotional intelligence when it should be one of the primary subjects we're focused on understanding and working on in life.
This is what time alone and in isolation is for. We're not to aimlessly or anxiously spend time thinking while we're alone, we're to deliberately spend this time in introspection and observation of our minds to identify what makes us worse and implement what makes us better.
Your visions will always become clearer when you can look into your own heart for your own answers. You can't lie to your soul. Your conscious is alive and constantly telling you what to do better but weak human tendencies don't allow you to act on those thoughts. Therein lies the difference between productive, successful individuals, and unmotivated, average ones; the ability, willingness, and commitment to participate in the hard activities that actually push you forward.
Your life, success, peace, and joy are proportional to your ability to learn, progress, love, and endure. Life does not last forever. Identify how you wish to live and do what you must to gain that way of life for yourself and the ones you love.
The journey into self-love, self-acceptance, and self-improvement must begin with self-examination. Until you take this journey of self-reflection, it is almost impossible to grow or learn in life. As you embark on this journey, you will begin to soar.
The key to spending time in isolation and introspection is to avoid falling victim to your thoughts or observations. When you identify parts of yourself which are not ideal do not judge or scold yourself for them, rather, view these things objectively and make the commitments necessary to improve them. That's the purpose of this exercise and of life; to strengthen your mind and yourself and to be the man or woman you wish to be.
If you love life, do not waste time, for time is what life is made up of.
When you are a warrior in battle, you don't count the days battled, you just get up everyday and fight.
Even more inspiring, the strongest people among us are not those who show strength in front of us but those who win the battles we know nothing about.
At Empty Whole™ we have no doubt you will embrace your life and your full potential to fully master each day.
It's imperative we understand that things come and go, emotions come and go, people come and go, and nothing lasts forever. It's important to accept and embrace the way of life and the way of the world, and to choose to do with this information what you can versus being controlled by it and falling victim.
Do not be consumed by fear or insecurity. Do not fall victim to thoughts or opinions. Do call yourself out on the things you fail to do and get to work creating the type person and life you admire.
As humans we consistently fail to realize the infinite power we possess. Our thought patterns are filled with self-defeating ideas and beliefs. Within you lies the power to achieve anything, whether its the pinnacle of success in any field you enjoy or simple, lasting peace of mind. If you realized how powerful your thoughts were you would never think a negative thought.
In times of distress, say to your heart "peace, be still."
Your thoughts and subsequent actions are what shape who you'll become in the future and who you've become to this point. The power of your mind is so great it's almost incomprehensible; "whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right."
In isolation you wake up every day and you answer to yourself. If you don't put all your heart into the tasks at hand you'll be the one to feel the disappointment and regret for your lack of progress.
The most important habits to implement include fitness and exercise, healthy eating, positive introspection, reading, writing, and connecting with your best self.
Consistently employing these habits are what provide you the discipline, strength, confidence, and wisdom to be your best you and pass it along to others.
In times of great confusion, loss, and hardship, you have two simple options - you can choose to rise up or to back down. We pretty much never back down. Adversity is expected; hardship is a part of life.
When you're doing well and working hard, make it look easy! Put all your passion into your work, your health, your fitness, your loved ones, your wardrobe, and your discipline.
Be present. Accept that wherever you are is exactly where you should be and extract your growth from this moment. If you're not who you wish to be, you know what you must to do to acquire the things you long for. If you are where you wish to be, you know exactly what you did to get there and you know you can't stop. Keep moving forward.
To thrive in isolation is simple, but not easy. Stay focused, do the hard things that make you better, stay disciplined, and stay productive.
As long as you're alive, we'll be here for you.

]]>1. Health
2. Family + Relationships
3. Self-Improvement
4. Money
5. Balance
To have the most successful and enjoyable life you need to understand what your top priorities should be and why they're the most important things for you to focus on.
Once you're able to establish the most important priorities in life, you'll be more able to make clear decisions that best guide your actions, use of time, and life.
We'll explain the top five priorities any human needs as a baseline for developing good character, happiness, balance, a peaceful mind, confidence, and a life well lived.
When you're young and growing up there are a number of things your parents, teachers, or mentors might not teach you directly, and so there becomes a multitude of things you'll need to learn and confirm on your own as you grow.
The sooner you learn the things that are best for you, the sooner you'll properly invest your time and attention in life, and subsequently the sooner you might earn the lifestyle you wish for yourself.
Here you'll learn new information and confirm the things you already know so you can build the right habits and live your best life.
For the most part, people who succeed don't normally succeed by accident. The people who are greatest at what they do held priorities and a strong work ethic that developed them into who they are.
Your responsibility is to take the best care you can of yourself, take great care of your family, friends, and partners, and live your best life before you die.
Here are the top five things to prioritize in life:
Health is wealth!
In order to live a whole and happy life you need to be healthy.
Healthy habits, daily exercise, healthy dieting, minimal sugar intake, minimal smoking, drinking lots of water, and optimizing your nutrition to maintain good health is priority number one.
If you are dead or unhealthy then there is nothing you can do to get up and enjoy life.
If you're sick, understand, that also means you don't feel good.
When you're sick, not only are you unable to do much but you're actually in pain or bedridden, unable to progress or be active at all, and feeling the effects of your illness.
It's very important to be healthy and take good care of yourself. To be healthy is essentially the most important thing while you're alive - it's step number one.
The better your health, the better your performance, and thus the better your life.
Any day we are not sick or injured should be taken full advantage of and should not be taken for granted.
We don't realize the blessing of good health until we no longer have it. Literally any day you wake up, get out of bed, and are able to do what you want and need to do, you're already having a really good day.
To maintain good health:
- Learn about healthy nutrition, macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and eating a healthy whole food diet.
- Eat healthy, minimize sugar intake, drink plenty of water, and know what foods are to avoid.
- Understand food! Food is essentially the energy source for humans. We eat to fuel ourselves not to fill ourselves.
[ Our bodies need water, vitamins, minerals, and micro + macronutrients to support good mental and physical health. To maintain good health in our bodies and minds we need to feed ourselves natural foods that provide nutrients which encourage healthy activity in bodily functions. The food you eat will make you fat or fit, energetic or lethargic, healthy or unhealthy, clear skinned or blemished, and clear-headed or anxious. Your diet, especially over time, influences your mind, body, and soul as much as anything else. Learn about food, understand that your body needs healthy nutrients and not detrimental ones, and stop hurting yourself with food when it's meant to be what strengthens, fuels, and helps you. ]
- Exercise every day. You can do yoga, walk, run, bike, swim, lift weights, exercise with bodyweight, play sports, go to the gym, workout alone or with somebody else, and participate in many other activities that make you work hard and expel energy. Be sure to have fun exercising and really learn to enjoy it. You're using your body, improving your physique, improving your cardiovascular health, strengthening your muscles, challenging yourself, pushing through pain, and growing!
- Focus on your thoughts and keep them positive.
- Avoid long periods of inactivity. We are meant to move and do work, so use your body, work hard, and keep your healthy diet for energy, muscle repair, and growth.
Be social, dress well, go out with family, go out with friends, and have some fun.
Meet new people, make new connections, and hold on to the good ones. Love those who love you and do everything you can to make them better.
Hold yourself to a high standard and allow your energy and example to be a positive light for everyone around you.
If you've got family do not take them for granted, not even for a day.
Very soon the people you love will be gone from your life or you'll be gone from theirs, but either way it goes nothing lasts forever, so embrace each day and each moment.
Always have your family's back and always hold them down.
In this life many people will have days in which they feel alone, insecure, targeted, betrayed, unappreciated, or unsatisfied - if we don't have family we don't have anybody so if your family is having a bad day and you're not there to lift them up then nobody is.
We should feel some responsibility for the well-being of our family because that's what family is and that's what family's for.
If nobody rides for you then your family will and if your family needs you, you'll ride for them.
When you don't have family your main responsibility is to be strong enough alone. All your peace and power lies within you but it's up to you to enable it.
Bottom line, make time to enjoy with your family and friends.
Go out, stay safe, be happy, and lift others up.
Confidence, self-esteem, self-belief, self-investment, positivity, optimism, high vibration, empathy, a bird's eye view, introspection, hard work, good character, good health, integrity, toughness, and a winner's mentality. All of this entails daily self-improvement - the ultimate purpose of life.
As humans self-Improvement is our essential and underlying motivation and duty in life. Many people will spend some time thinking about what they should be doing with their life on earth and what they should be doing is two simple things:
1. Loving, living, and embracing each day as if it's your last.
And
2. Believing fully in oneself and committing each day to progression and waking up better each morning as a result of the work done the previous day.
A key of life is to be firmly confident in yourself. If you are not confident then you are less likely to succeed. The interesting thing about confidence is that it can be learned and acquired. To be confident is to be alive.
If you've established self-confidence then continue to hold yourself high and participate in the healthy eating, daily exercise, introspection, and other activities that instill this confidence in yourself.
To be confident do not compare yourself to others, don't harshly judge others or yourself, think of yourself as the best and do what is required to be the best. See your strengths, embrace and improve on your "flaws", eat healthy, work out, stay calm and composed, and strengthen yourself through hard work.
To be the best version of yourself is an honor and that honor is earned.
Spend time to develop yourself, learn, build good character, display charisma, speak well, look good, feel great, and lead a good life.
We all need money to live!
We all need money to buy the many things we need. We need to buy food to eat, clothes to wear, a house or apartment to live in, gas and electricity for our stoves and phones, we need money for paying bills, to buy a laptop, to pay for school, to buy a car and gas and to pay for repairs of the car.
We need money to decorate and maintain our homes. We need money to support and raise kids. We need money to buy medicine or pay for the insurance to buy the medicine. We need money to travel and go places and do things. We need money to buy the people we like gifts that make them happy and we need money to be able to enjoy what we want.
We need money for so many reasons for life on earth, whether we like it or not, and really you need a lot of money. It's true that we can live with very little but financial stress is an unending, widespread burden affecting the lives of millions around the world.
Some people are too shy about it, but the sooner you learn the importance of money, the better. The younger you start to work and support yourself, the better.
Learn about the best options to make a good living and work hard to earn what you need and want for yourself. Also - be sure to choose work that you love and enjoy!
Money is why we work and why we spend so much time with our schooling and then our careers.
Much of our lives on earth are spent at work because we need the money to support our lives. Until you grow older you may not even realize all the money your parents spent on you. This is why people spend so much time working, they need the money to pay the bills and live - and the bills never stop.
Of course, you wouldn't need to acquire much money if you were completely self-sufficient but almost no human is truly self-sufficient. Imagine getting all your meat, produce, electricity, heat, shelter, clothing, jewelry, bedding, fragrances, spices, cars, repairs, cleaning supplies, blankets, beds, and everything else by yourself.
Money is what enables you to acquire what you need from the businesses or people able to provide it. If you can't build a car from scratch, you buy a car. If you can't build a house, you buy a house. If you can't farm or hunt for meat, you buy your meat.
Money is the currency which enables us to make these trades throughout the world and buy the things we need in life.
Life priority number four is ensuring you pursue good work to make a lot of money in order to financially support yourself and your family.
Sooner or later you'll realize how complex life is and humans are. Every day we have to navigate drama, finances, work, school, time allocation, friends, family, relationships, exercise, diet, emotion, decisions, death, sickness, loss, and everything else that comes with life. Through all of this complexity, spend time balancing and optimizing yourself.
Be positive.
Have faith.
Strengthen your connections with infinite intelligence and emotional intelligence.
Make good decisions.
Rise under pressure.
Thrive in isolation.
Seek wisdom.
Spread knowledge.
Believe in yourself.
And stay balanced within your mind, body, and soul.
Acknowledge your connection to divinity and infinite intelligence and bring it all together.
Meditate, spend time with yourself, exhaust your muscles, defeat your limitations, calm your mind, and hold yourself accountable. Seek the answers you desire from within and align your mind to maintain levelheadedness through both the good times and bad times.
Follow these tips and you will be well on your way to being your best you.

10 Ways to Become The Best Version Of Yourself.
]]>Everyone deals with the circumstances and stresses that exist in real life, here's how to feel happy, healthy, and whole in the midst of it all.
Don't trip!
When you're going through hard times in life it's your responsibility to get yourself through them. When it continues to feel like you can't overcome the adversity, you've got to do something different. If you keep doing the same things you'll continue getting what you've always gotten - if you continue evolving and doing better, you'll continue getting better.
There are many days where you may lose your confidence, sense of self, your drive to be productive, or your love and enthusiasm for life and others. The key to thriving during these times lies in understanding the way of the world and it's ever-changing nature.
Participating in productive activities, evoking positive thoughts and emotions, and investing in yourself by reading self-improvement articles like this are what will enable your best you.
The bad days.
A fact of life is that you'll have bad days.
You'll continue to be tested, things will change, you will experience loss, you will make mistakes, and you will feel pain. Some days you'll feel frustrated, sick, ignored, hurt, or just in a bad mood.
On these days you'll be prepared because you're aware that bad days exist. Bad days are not attributable to a lack of character or a fault of your own, bad days are a natural part of a long life and can be turned around with positive thought and productive action.
Not every day will be a good day in terms of what happens to you but every day can be a good day in terms of your approach and your appreciating it.
Because you understand how short and fragile life is, you'll learn to take no days for granted. Once you value life, you'll also come to realize how draining it is to dwell on personal insecurities or events of the past and begin to unlock your highest potential.
Take responsibility for the energy you spread within yourself and toward others and keep it positive, grateful, and enthusiastic.Your energy is your greatest currency.
Within you lives the ability to keep a high, positive energy and lift up that of those around you.
It's important to take yourself out of your body and examine yourself. Try to become an observer of your circumstances and approach them how a human in those circumstances should in order to overcome them and achieve what they wish.
Having deliberate thoughts and taking deliberate actions are what provide the desired outcome in your life.
At the core of any person's success lies discipline, direction, hard work, perseverance, right-thought, and confidence.
If you realized how powerful your thoughts were, you would never think a negative thought
If a person is right his/her world will be right.
Pay attention to yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions. Pay attention to what makes you feel unhappy and learn to avoid those things. Pay attention to what makes you feel whole and double down on those.
When you don't feel like yourself, acknowledge it and move swiftly to an activity that brings you peace and joy. When you observe yourself entertaining negative thoughts, emotions, or actions move directly into positive self-talk and actions that you know will make you a better you. Identify what positive things work for you and recognize what makes you feel good, then do those things.
When circumstances are bringing you down, use the positives you've identified and participate in them daily.
For some its sports, listening to music, making music, writing, drawing, dancing, singing, driving, reading, stretching, exercising, walking, running, swimming, yoga, or talking to their closest family / friends - whatever your things are, identify them and make sure they're productive activities you can participate in each day.
As you participate in positive activities daily, you'll improve your mood, reap the benefits of your participation, and seize each day. As you learn more about yourself you'll put yourself in the best position to succeed.
The good days.
While some days you may feel lost and empty, other days you'll feel unstoppable, confident, beautiful, happy, healthy, and whole.
Once you acknowledge that this see-saw is simply the nature of life you'll maintain the ability to grow from the hard days and take full advantage of the good ones.
To have the ability to balance yourself through this fickle journey of life and seize each day, you have to recognize it's nature and your own.
Don't be reactionary to the things that happen around you. Be an observer and student, know what you want, and be strategic in how you approach things. Be present but able to think ahead.
The fact is everybody is whole and complete within themselves. Even if you've lost something or someone, you haven't lost the ability to feel peace and pride in who you are or the things and people that you stand for.
Everything you need resides inside of you.
When you can fiercely push forward from the things that have caused you the most stress and difficulty, your life ends up better! The hard part for many people is firstly acknowledging what makes them better and then stopping the poor habits that make them worse.
When things get tough, stay focused and push harder. It makes no sense to give up, it only makes sense to push back and push harder to fight through adversity and win.
While some people do try to get through doors, others are breaking doors down.
One of our biggest shortcomings is getting caught in the moment when we shouldn't and not being present in the moment when we should. When life isn't easy, see the light at the end of the tunnel and do what you've gotta do to get there.
When life is going well, soak it all in, and stick to the work that got you there because that's how you'll keep it going and subsequently become the best version of yourself.
Each and every day is a blessing and must be treated that way.
Focus on what you enjoy, avoid what's made you feel empty, and learn to live each day as if it's your last - because one day it will be.
Don't let time pass you by!
Every day you wake up, enjoy it. Take a deep breathe and enjoy it. Eat healthy foods and enjoy it. Work out every day and enjoy it. Work hard every day and enjoy it. Continue getting better every day and enjoy it!
Engage with successful people.
You've got to be friends with smart, positive, and successful people. Humans are a product of their environment and gain the qualities (good or bad) similar to the people closest to them.
When you notice inherently negative and pessimistic people, you must distance yourself. When you notice positive, supportive people nurture your relationships with them and spend time with those people who you wish to be like and those who make you better.
Unsuccessful, lazy people just wander around in circles - you want to be directed and around people who know what they're doing and where they're going.
Don't do nothing.
If you find yourself needing something or feeling an itch of incompleteness, know that this is caused by untrue thought. It's within your power to feel whole again with positive thoughts, activities, and introspection - balance. If you feel empty, incomplete, and unsatisfied, it's not beneficial to sit idly for too long.
One of the worst things you can do is to do nothing. You must spend uplifting time alone with yourself every day, and you must not be lazy and sedentary or you'll continue to feel unsatisfied.
Don't sit on your ass - get up, stay focused, work hard, and get things done! Be hungry and be productive and you'll keep getting better.
When you're not getting better, you're getting worse.
Don't be busy - be productive.
You are your greatest motivator. You are your greatest teacher and mentor. You are your own coach. You are elite.
There's a big difference between staying busy and being productive. When you listen carefully there's a voice in your head telling you all the good things you need to hear.
This is the right voice.
Within each of us is a divine source of direction. Truly, you have the answers you need within yourself.
When there's a voice telling to get up, that's you. When there's a voice telling you to work out, that's you. When there's a voice telling you to avoid a bad habit and instead work on a good one, that voice is you!
We all have a similar challenge but only the strong succeed - when you hear a negative voice, shut it down, it's not you - when you hear a positive voice, listen!
Each of us has our own path in life and only we know and understand that path. Know what you want to contribute and achieve, and be productive in doing the things you must do day in and day out. Take joy in all of your accomplishments, and continue to produce - one day you'll end up where you wished you would and you'll thank your hard work and good character for getting you there.
Be yourself and believe in yourself.
Don't spend time dwelling on what other people say. The golden rule of life is to be who you are, avoid comparing yourself to others, and believe 100% in you.
Be patient.
You can rise up from anything. You can completely recreate yourself. Nothing is permanent. You're not stuck, and you have choices. You can think new thoughts. You can learn new things. And you can create new habits. All that matters is that you decide to attack each day and continue pushing forward. Be patient, appreciate life, and embrace the sunshine.
Love yourself.
Your acceptance of all the pieces of yourself is what makes you whole.
You know yourself more fully, see the big picture, and put things into perspective. You free up energy that was spent holding down unpleasant thoughts or feelings. You tune into your body, your mind, your soul, and your heart. You're less fixed in negative views and have the ability to step away from yourself to take inventory of the truths and improve yourself. You recognize the good in and around you and embrace them each day. You feel more supported, more protected, and more at home within yourself. You take things less personally and you embrace all that you are, all that you have, all that you lack, and all that you're working to gain. You accept your mortality and because of this you live your life to the fullest!
Examine what you feel.
Pause. The power of silence and taking the time to connect with yourself is very important. Enjoy breathing in and breathing out. Go outside and enjoy the fresh, revitalizing air. Recognize that you have everything you could possibly need right now, let go of everything for a moment, slow down, and just enjoy each minute.
Be grateful. Gratitude brings us powerfully into the present. Be grateful not only for your ability to choose, but for the things you've had in your life, the things you have now, and the things to come. Appreciate yourself, appreciate each day, and be grateful for having life.
Choose to feel whole. Just knowing that you can choose this at any moment is powerful wisdom and becomes one of your greatest tools. Remember that at any moment you can choose to feel happy and whole, no matter what is or isn't in your life. You need nothing to feel whole - you are.
There are times when all seems well and there are times when things are falling apart. There are the times when you feel without a source of peace, comfort and compassion. There are times you feel misunderstood, unappreciated and a desire to do better. Work toward finding balance within yourself and enabling yourself to step back and maintain control.
People have their own way of thinking and doing things, and you have yours, and sometimes they just won’t mesh well. In those moments, remember that the purpose of others in your life is not to complete you, but to compliment you.
You must be whole and complete within yourself.
Hold yourself accountable for things you need to do to improve your life, smile, be kind to others, and enjoy each good day!
Learn how to validate yourself, fight through anything, manage your emotions, and create peace in your mind.
This is the ultimate achievement in life - now you have everything you need to live each day happily and completely.
It won't be easy but it will be worth it.
Living your best life isn't a cliche, it's a real thing that some people do and most people don't.
Which do you wish to be?
You can't rely on your family, friends, partners, or others - what you need most comes from inside you - and it's earned!
Peace, comfort, and compassion are within you. You are whole and complete within yourself.
You cannot rely on others because others won't always be there.
You are and you have everything you need to feel happy, healthy, and whole.
Summary:
1. Know what you want.
2. If it doesn't make you smile, or it doesn't make you better, don't do it.
3. Work hard at the things you enjoy.
4. Know yourself and improve yourself daily.
5. Identify and participate in the activities that center you.
6. Consistently employ healthy habits and a healthy diet.
7. Improve your awareness of self and sharpen your emotion intelligence and control.

]]>Never feel sorry for yourself.
Never be envious or you're never going to have fun.
Avoid insecurity, and avoid negativity.
Disregard rejection and always move on.
When you feel fear, don't think "well i feel fear about this and therefore I shouldn't do it." Understand it's normal to feel fear. If you didn't feel these emotions at the times they arise, there might be something wrong with you. You can say you're not afraid of anything but nervousness and fear are natural human emotions. You're responsibility is to embrace it and use it as strength. Accept the probabilities of failure but be determined to make progress toward your goal even if the odds of success feel very low.
Live. Take calculated risks. Don't be afraid to fail. When someone tells you what you can't do, prove that you can. Everything comes together in the end and when it does you'll realize it in that moment. You'll look and smile and say to yourself that this is what it was all for. If you have a dream go for it. When there's adversity use it as motivation.
Anything great takes courage.
The things that you go through force you to be stronger. When you persevere you end up developing more strength.
Be excited to learn and progress.
Believe that you can and you're halfway there.
The biggest mistakes you can make are to listen to others too much and failing to believe in yourself. All your strength comes from inside of you.
When everything in your body and your mind are telling you to run and you don't, and you lean in, you become more powerful than your fear and the people and obstacles opposing you. If sometimes things don't work out, guess what, all you did was gain more callous and more strength and eventually, when it's what's meant to be, you will lean in again and you will succeed.
Over time your ideas, desires, plans, and circumstances will change, and you will too. Embrace this evolution. We're all meant to change. We're all meant to improve. If you lack progression, you are dying by default.
It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to has power over you.
Be courageous. Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is feeling fear and doing it anyway.
Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship. Keep moving and keep growing.
Without commitment to your goals there will be no start and without consistency there will be no finish.
If you fall nine times, get up ten.
Keep working, keep striving, and never give up.
Today is the youngest you're ever going to be. You've got to live like it, you've got to live young every day. You've got to treat each day as if it's your last. One of these days, unbeknownst to you, will actually be your last. Don't procrastinate, don't remain complacent, and don't settle for doing what you don't want to do.
You must do the things you think you cannot do.
You have to act as if it were possible to radically transform the world and you have to do it every day.
When you grow up you get told the world is the way it is and that your purpose is to live inside this world and avoid bashing into the walls too much - but this is a limited life.
Don't live a limited life. Life can be much broader and better once you discover the fact that what we call life was made by people not much more different than you. You can influence it and you can change it. You can mold it. You can build your own things that other people can use. Once you learn that, you'll never be the same.
You have to speak what you seek until you see what you're saying. What you think and what you believe is what you will become. Your thoughts, actions, and passions now are manifested in your future self.
We want to see a future in the world where more and more people live by their own standards instead of those set by society which we've been taught to live and think by.
If you're goal is to build a wall, you need not try to build the biggest, baddest wall. Instead, today, lay the most perfectly laid brick - you do this every day and soon you'll have your wall.
Be hesitant to embrace conformity. While everyone goes north and south, you go east and west. Don't do what they expect you to do.
That's how winners win and great people become great, they do what people don't expect them to do.
Weigh your options, know your worth, take your time, and get what you deserve.
It is not our intention to simply empower you. It's to remind you that you have power and to create the conditions in which you can exercise it.
You get to a point in life where you can't allow others to set your agenda. You set your own agenda. If somebody is trying to label you, stick you in a corner, or push back on your point of view, don't allow it, do not tolerate it. It may be because they have an image of you that's different from your own, but only you know who you are and what you can do.
The real fruition of life is to do the things which you have said you wish to do.
The only way we change society and move forward is by coming up with new ideas. When things get difficult don't backup, lean in. Read the situation, and if you know that what you're doing is true and authentic and you believe it is right, you move forward with it and the world moves forward with you - because of you.
People are often unreasonable, irrational, emotional, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind people may accuse you of being selfish. Be kind anyway. If you are successful you will come across unfaithful people, but succeed anyway. If you are honest and sincere people will betray and deceive you. Be honest anyway. When you spend years creating, others can destroy it overnight. Create anyway. If you find serenity and happiness people will be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today will often be forgotten. Do good anyway. Give the best you have and it may never be enough, but give your best anyway. In the end it's between you and God, it was never between you and them anyway.
If you go through those instances of not having a lot and knowing what the value of hard work and courage can bring you, you'll never take things for granted.
Always strive for excellence in life and never leave room for mediocrity.
Set your standards high and you will be rewarded.
LIVE.
To live is the rarest thing the world - most people exist and that is all.
