Where do my products ship from?
- Empty Whole is proudly based in Michigan, United States.
- All items are inspected, packed, and shipped by our team from our warehouse in Michigan.
Can I return my order?

Please note that all swimwear is final sale due to hygienic concerns.

Jewelry and other clothing are eligible for returns within 30 days.

Returns are refunded via store credit and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Return shipping is provided via a prepaid shipping label which we will send to your email. There is no extra charge for the return shipping label.

How long does it take orders to ship?

Orders require 1-4 days processing time, depending on the current volume of orders that the team has to pack and ship.

Domestic shipments in the US will typically arrive within 3-5 days from the date of dispatch.

International shipments will typically arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of dispatch. International shipment times will vary, mostly dependent on your country's customs department.

What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective / faulty item or your package has been damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide:
- Order Number
- The item damaged
- What the damage is
- Photographic evidence
- Due to previous policy abuse - unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot execute a refund, credit, or replacement.
- All damage / faulty requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Once we've received your information we will be glad to work with you and resolve any problems, as always!
My package says delivered but I didn't get it. What should I do?
- Verify the shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- Check to see if someone else, including roommates or family members, accepted the delivery.
- Contact your local post office for any mail addressed to your name or household address.
- Reach out to theteam@emptywhole.com if you are still unable to locate your package
Is this a secure site for purchases?

- We accept all major credit cards through Stripe which guarantees safety and security. Outside of the major credit cards we accept other payments from major providers such as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted the day of the order or within 24 hours.
