All items are inspected, packed, and shipped by members of our team from our warehouse in Michigan, USA.

If you're not absolutely in love with your Empty Whole order, we are here to help. 

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items in new condition with Empty Whole tags still attached and original packaging where necessary, within 30 days of their delivery date. Please note all returns will be refunded via store credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable. 

Swimwear items are not eligible for returns.

Due to their intimate nature swimwear returns are not accepted and are final sale. If for some reason you are unhappy with your swimwear order, still reach out to us and we will do our best to provide you with a solution.

Empty Whole currently ships orders from the United States to most countries worldwide. Your new product(s) should arrive within 3-5 days from the day the order is shipped, for US shipments, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your package's destination.

International shipments should arrive within 10-24 days from the date of dispatch. International orders may arrive sooner or later than the estimated time frame, depending on your country's customs department. International customers are responsible for any customs duties & import taxes if your local customs department requires them. If you have any questions before placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to address any of your concerns.

Shipping:

  • Empty Whole gladly offers international / worldwide shipping.
  • Empty Whole is based in the USA - All items are shipping directly from our distribution center in Michigan, USA.
  • Orders to Canada take about two weeks to arrive - they may arrive sooner or later than this time frame, dependent on Canadian customs processing times,
  • Some countries are excluded from our shipping list. Shop around and go through checkout; If you live in one of the few countries that does not support deliveries you will be notified at checkout and will be unable to complete your purchase.
  • Your new items will take about 3-21 days from dispatch to arrive - varying by destination (domestic or international) and your chosen shipping method. If after 3 weeks you have not received your package(s) please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • International Customs Duties and Import Taxes: Please note that for international shipments, customers would be responsible for any Customs Duties and Import Taxes your country may apply to packages. Most customers do not have to pay any fees.
  • If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, please check with any roommates or family members. If nobody else in the house/apartment accepted the package, please check with the post office for any items in your name. Empty Whole is not responsible for any items after they have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier to the address you provide during checkout. However, we will always do what we can to ensure your receive the items you ordered.
Returns:
  • If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) please contact us and it will be our pleasure to assist you!
  • All refund are processed via store credit.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Swimwear is final sale.
  • We are unable to process standard returns on swimwear or other intimate clothing unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 
  • Packages that are not delivered, or items that arrive damaged are replaceable. Please reach out to us with your inquiry.
  • All claims for returns or parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the arrival date. Please include a proper photo or video in your email inquiry showing the damaged good and we will be sure to provide a proper solution.
  • Refunds will be processed with store credit in the form of a gift card. All refunds are subject to the discretion of theteam@emptywhole.com and these policies listed will likely be the ones referred to.
